This gym is fantastic for anyone looking to get in shape, or step up into strength competitions. The owner Dave offers one on one coaching, group classes, nutrition plans, and strength training programs.
High quality equipment too! If this gym doesn't have what you want, then you don't need it.
I compete in powerlifting, and just couldn't find any gyms in the area that were a good fit. They also regularly host strongman competitions, so you know it's legit.
