I canβt say enough good things about Lisa. She is thoughtful and considers any injuries you may have by offering a modification if needed. Whether you're looking for a bootcamp style workout or a 1+1 strength session, you're in great hands. Knowledgeable and passionate about helping you to achieve your goals, she can guide you with nutrition, strength training and cardio. She has an amazing facility within her home and can also travel to your home if requested. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to get STRONG, stay FIT and maintain a HEALTHY lifestyle.

Lisa is the most amazing trainer!!!! She tailors to your needs - comes to your house or you can go to hers....we had many early morning sessions in my driveway, and my beat buddy Fredo, the German shepherd, would supervise our routines.
If you want a quality workout, someone that will push you the right way, Lisa is your person. We moved to Dallas, but if I could have packed her in my suitcase, I would have!!!!
I have a lot of metal and have some restrictions that could make it challenging for a lot of trainers - not Lisa - we found the right routine, it was never boring, and I got results!
Lisa is 100% worth the investment - so are you!!!! β€οΈ

I've been working with Lisa for almost a year. She has a wonderful workout space in her home and she has put great effort into making it feel very safe during COVID. (She also travels to clients homes bringing her own equipment) She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and even sports type injuries. My workouts with her are incredible and she emails me exactly what we did so that I can use it to guide my workouts at home. So not only has she given me awesome workouts but she has taught me how to do it on my own too! She helps me with nutrition advice and goals and has helped me track my weight. She is fun, upbeat and flexible! I would highly recommend!!!

I first met Lisa when she was offering in-person lessons and boot camp classes at my employer on the North Shore. I was new to organized fitness classes, and she was an enthusiastic, encouraging cheerleader who helped to educate me about specific exercises and routines and to feel good about my body. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been doing one-on-one nutrition and fitness coaching with her online, which has been equally helpful. Thanks to Lisa, I have lost over 20 lbs. (going from overweight to a normal BMI) and improved my heart rate and stamina.
