Stronger is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Since I walked in the door—I’m stronger, healthier, and more motivated than ever.

The trainers, Quinn and Keith, are not only incredible at what they do but also genuinely amazing people. They have a way of befriending every member. Their encouragement and energy make it easy to keep coming back.

The workouts are primarily strength training in a group class setting, which I love as a former athlete. It reminds me of the camaraderie of working out as part of a team. If you’re looking for a supportive, fun, and results-driven gym, I can’t recommend Stronger enough!

I became a member at Stronger MetroWest about a year ago, starting from literal scratch with strength training, and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. The small class sizes create a really supportive, welcoming community where everyone is encouraged to push their limits, but at their own pace. I love not having to plan what I’m going to do or worry that I’m doing the exercises wrong- I can just show up and put the work in.

Keith and Quinn are absolutely amazing personal trainers/instructors! No matter what level you start at, Keith and Quinn will be mindful of modifications and are great with corrections to ensure proper form and benefit from the workout. I have been impressed with the follow through especially with regard to the "take home" piece of belonging to a gym - the nutrition side. I have always been the type to work out to eat whatever I want... after hitting 40 this method has not served me well. Keith came up with a personal at home nutritional guidance plan for me and was persistent in helping me follow through with it. I am grateful for the extra push to continue being mindful of my health even after I leave the gym. Keith and Quinn truly care for their clients and are always there to tell a joke, riddle or make a fantastic after workout smoothie. Highly recommend trying out Stronger! Can’t say more positive things about Stronger. I started at the gym a year ago and it has had such a positive impact on my fitness. I had started running about four years ago and with adding strength training, I have reduced my 1/2 marathon time by almost 20mins. Both Quinn and Keith are incredible trainers - they push you and support you in reaching your goals. My husband and I joined Stronger a few months ago, each with our own fitness goals in mind. Newly pregnant with my second child, I was hoping to maintain a certain level of physical fitness throughout my pregnancy. I wasn’t sure how each workout would or could be tailored to my needs. However, Keith and Quinn have worked hard to modify each workout to ensure I am building strength and mobility while still setting limits. Stronger Uprising is a gym that I joined in October of 2020 and am still a member to this day and have no intention of leaving. For years I knew I needed to lose weight but would go to the gym for a couple weeks and then quit. I felt as though I didn't know what I was doing in the gym, had zero clue how to eat right, and just straight up didn't feel comfortable being at a gym. The SECOND I stepped foot into stronger I knew there was something special about this place. The atmosphere of this gym is family like. Both trainers Quinn and Keith are unbelievable. They provided amazing support throughout my journey. I did not join this gym to lose the 96 pounds that I did. I joined to maybe lose 20. I thought it was going to take much longer and be much harder then it actually was. At stronger you are never in it alone. I felt as though I had a team behind me always pushing me forward. I was never afraid to ask a question about a workout or what I should be eating. Everything was answered before I could even open my mouth. This gym truly changed my life and I owe it all to Quinn and Keith. The amount of time and energy that they dedicate to every single member is unbelievable. They know everyone by name and talk to you like best friends. If there is any place in the world that I would recommend it would be Stronger Uprising.

This is by far one of the best gyms that I have found! Their focus is on getting stronger in a very smart and methodical way. Both coaches Keith and Quinn are extremely knowledgeable and know how to push you in just the right way, along with keeping you honest with your weights. They are always coming up with new great workouts to challenge you but also none of the super crazy stuff that you see at flashy boutique studios.Their programming works, and with one of their recent challenges I put on 2.5 pounds of muscle and lost 5 pounds of fat. I also for the first time in eight years no longer have shoulder pain from strengthening the right places and not over using other ones, with their classes. I’ve also been able to run faster and without injury which I owe to their smart way of training.
The atmosphere is like walking into a workout with your family, no matter what time of day you go in. From the staff to the members, everybody is so friendly and welcoming.That may also have 5 AM classes which are really hard to find.
I am also a huge fan of their smoothie bar which really puts the finishing touch on my work out. It’s one of my favorite places to be during the week!

Best lifting facility that focuses on functional and athletic movements in the New England area by far! The team of Keith and Quinn have demonstrated that personal training is all it can be. Stronger Uprising is unique, and demonstrably different than what you would get at other workout/gym chains. I have several herniated discs that had previously limited my workouts. In my case, we are doing customized High Intensity Interval Training. I'm continuously getting feedback on form, pace, and if I should be challenging myself with more weight or backing off.

After several sessions, it was evident I had more flexibility, my core was stronger and this has begun to take pressure off my back. I couldn't be more satisfied. Wether you're looking to shed lbs, gain mobility, or just get a thorough workout, you need to go and take a couple of sessions.

I just kept on paying monthly fees to a gym I never went to and all I got in return was a very expensive key tag. Stronger is so much different! Great People (members & coaches). Awesome Protein Shakes (highly recommend the Hawaiian one). Great programs to go alongside the workouts (Project Zero & the 28-day shred to name a few). Would recommend this gym to anyone from a beginner level to a fitness expert. 5 star gym & great location/ easily accessible from the Mass Pike/495/Rt 9. Come join the stronger community!
