Studio X in Hyannis is my go to for working out! They have every class that you can imagine from spin to boxing! I love the spin, rowing, strength and pilates classes. The instructors are so friendly and it's so easy to book a class on their app. I would highly recommend joining! Colleen Riley

Studio ex cycle & group, has the best instructors that are knowledgeable and caring. The classes are fun, and enjoyable. You don’t feel like you’re working out! There are a variety of classes and a number of spinning classes.

Studio EX is an amazing fitness gym. Lisa, the owner and all the instructors are phenomenal. There is a variety of classes for all to enjoy. I can honestly say I have never disliked a class. I also like that they make sure you are doing your exercises correctly so you do not get hurt. Members are very friendly. I would recommend Studio EX to anyone looking for a fitness gym.

I LOVE studio EX and all the variety of classes that are offered. I love that one day I can take spin, row and boxing if I want. So much variety is offered. The instructors are so friendly and helpful. The owner, instructors and members treat you like family or a friend rather than a customer. I highly recommend trying this gym out.

Best gym, love it here and so happy I found it! I was looking for something local when I was at our Cape house and luckily found Studio EX, tons of classes and the best instructors!! I highly recommend if you are looking for a place with tons of options (spin, rowing, etc) while on the Cape!

When I moved to the Cape from the city I searched desperately for a studio that offered anything like the ride-to-the-beat, high energy classes I’d grown to love in Kendall/Back Bay. So glad I gave StudioEX a shot! Tammy and Abby are amazing and their classes (as well as the folks who attend) are so much fun. It’s nice to have somewhere to belong!

The only gym I have found myself WANTING to go to everyday. So many classes with amazing instructors and an easy to use app to sign up. Lisa and abbys classes are so motivating and so fun! This gym follows COVID protocols and makes you feel very safe

In the Fitness world, you hear a lot about Non-Scale victories meaning it’s not just about the numbers on the scale.
This one is big for me:
I can proudly say Studio EX is the first gym I have renewed my yearly membership with. I have always become a member of a gym and would slowly drift away from the gym after a couple months. Studio EX is the first gym I have constantly attended and have continued to enjoy going to.
