Update: I've been a member for several years now and have attended over 300 classes. I've recently returned after a couple of months off to recover from having my first baby. I continued attending classes until I was 36 weeks pregnant. I can't thank Summit enough for the care and encouragement I received throughout my entire pregnancy. I am certain that continuing to move my body through pregnancy had a huge impact on the smooth delivery and very quick recovery. My first class back was at 8 weeks post-partum and I felt so strong and energized. So thrilled to be back at it!

First review: I've been a member for close to two months now and have really enjoyed every class. I am NOT a fan of exercise and have had a hard time finding a program that I really feel I can stick to. Every class at Summit is fast-paced and jam packed with a wide variety of exercises, making every class different, exciting and doable for any fitness level. The instructors all are fantastic at giving helpful instruction without making me feel like the total newbie that I am. They also are great at encouraging you to give it your all while not pushing anyone beyond their limits. It's an overall very encouraging environment. There are many class times available in the morning and evening, and booking through the website is fast and easy. While the membership is rather expensive, I believe it is well worth every dollar. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

I've been attending Summit for about 9 months. As someone who has always had difficulty maintaining my exercise levels especially during the winter, I was surprised that not only was I consistently attending classes every week, but was actually looking forward to working out. The trainers Zach and Joe, as well as the community of members they have created are all very welcoming. I always found going to the gym overwhelming, so it's nice to go to a gym where someone else plans what I have to do and I don't have to think about it. The workouts are always different and challenging. I would also say that they do there best to cater to each person's fitness level by demonstrating modifications as well as suggesting alternatives based on any injuries a person might be dealing with so they are able to continue working out. They also make corrections on your form, but not it a judgemental way. I would suggest giving Summit a try if you are looking to improve your fitness level. And if you are nervous, I will say, I was as well, but my worries were unfounded, and I am extremely comfortable there at this point.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who encourage, challenge, and motivate you every step of the way, but not to the point of injuring yourself. I'm in my 60s and was healing from a hip replacement. Summit was perfect because you can scale the exercises, which I did at first. Now, 1+ years later I am back to my normal self and taking full advantage of all the workouts. Zach and Joe are phenomenal coaches and make it fun.....and push you!! Great, friendly atmosphere! If you're looking for a new workout routine, definitely check out Summit Training & Fitness! They offer hour-long circuit training classes and they change up the workouts every other day so that there's a lot of variety. The workouts provide a great challenge, but each exercise can also be modified for any skill level. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and offer a lot of support and one-on-one feedback as well, especially when you're first starting out. The trainers also recently implemented a nutrition program that you can add on to your membership, and it has been a great resource to help me get my eating on track.

The trainers also offer periodic incentives, which can be a great motivator. They often have members complete physical exercises or post on social media to earn raffle tickets or Bingo squares for a chance to win prizes.

Summit is definitely a very welcoming place - the trainers really take the time to get to know the gym members and will start every class by checking in with everyone and asking about your week/weekend. The other people in my classes are also very personable and encouraging and I have made some truly great friends at Summit.

Just about a year ago I decided to start at Summit. My aunt asked me to try a class with her and immediately I fell in love! The full body workouts, music, hype, and community are the best! The environment is also beyond welcoming and uplifting! There is no judgment whatsoever just a bunch of people working to better themselves! I have been going to Summit Fitness for over a year now and I will say I was hesitant starting because of the group aspect of classes but I like how you are able to try a class out before completely signing up. They show different versions of the movements so if you are just starting back out you won't feel like you are unable to do it.
The atmosphere, other members and Trainers are amazing and encouraging to keep you motivated and also help challenge you to push harder.
It is a place I enjoy going to work out and have seen great progress in my fitness and health goals because of it.

3 year! Crazy to think it's already been a year since I started at Summit; when some days it feels just like yesterday and others it feels like I've been here forever. Crazy to think I've finally found a gym that I've stuck with (and actually went to) for a year now. And when I say actually went to I mean I've gone every single week, multiple times a week, for a whole year. An achievement in itself but not only that I've gotten back to where I was prior to having a baby and stronger at that.

Coming into Summit about 6 months postpartum and never really sticking to gyms was scary. But the staff and community that is Summit makes you come back week after week, class after class, looking forward to the next work out. Zach and Joe make sure you get pushed to your limits but will help you modify if needed and hype you up all the same. Everyone who goes there are awesome people who will cheer you on and pump you up to go further than you'd expect. I can only highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new gym. There's a bunch of different class time options, for those with crazy, busy schedules. The group fitness classes are always changing and challenging and the heavy weight classes kick butt. And the added peak week and challenges are a great way to push yourself harder and see how far you've come.

Update: I have now been at Summit for almost 10 months and I still look forward to every class. The workouts are always fun and challenging. The trainers are genuinely wonderful and really care about every single member. They get to know everyone's goals and help them to achieve them. The heavy lifting class is absolutely amazing. The best part about Summit is that I can say without a doubt that I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

I have been training at Summit for a little over a month now and am absolutely hooked. Zach and Joe are both amazing trainers. The workouts are always varied and I look forward to every single one of them. Even though they are group classes, they somehow manage to give a lot of individual attention. They are wonderful at correcting my form in a constructive manner (which I need often), encouraging me, and pushing me to reach my potential. They quickly identify moves that I'm struggling with and help me to get the most out of every movement. I really appreciate the amount of focus that is placed on proper form to avoid injuries. Due to my schedule I train with Joe more often so an extra shout-out to him for his patience. The whole environment at Summit is really welcoming, including the other members. They are always there to cheer you on when it's a tough workout. While group classes can seem intimidating, the trainers at Summit have created an environment that allows anyone to join and succeed. Summit has been the one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of! I’ve been at Summit for 6 months now and it has quickly become an integral part of my weekday routine.

It has been years since I’ve been a collegiate athlete and I knew I wanted a gym that would push me and make me feel athletic and agile again. Summit has done just that, and I leave each class feeling accomplished and sweattttty.

Joe and Zack are both incredibly knowledgable trainers and go the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome whether it’s your 1st class or 100th. It’s no surprise that Summit is such an inclusive and motivating community with the environment that they’ve created.

Zach, and Joe are excellent trainers who care about their clients. They both are we educated and provide adaptable yet challenging workouts for all ages. As an over 60 year old person there are some safety concerns and they are both well aware of each of their clients and safely guide each through a challenging but safe workout. In addition to maintaining strength I have lost more than 20 lbs over the course of just over a year. We have fun and laugh while making progress too! Love this gym and the environment!

Best gym experience ever! I haven't stuck with a gym for longer than a few month since my 26 year old was a baby and going to Fine Lines (some of you remember them) was my only escape! I have never been so consistent as I have been with Summit. The workouts are never boring, the members are awesome and the trainers are fantastic! Zach and Joe will try to kill you..I mean, they'll push you to challenge yourself and celebrate your victories with you! I have been a member of Summit Training and fitness for over 4 years starting roughly a month after first opening. It has truly been the best gym I have ever been a part of. Summit creates an extremely supportive environment with all classes inclusive of everyone’s exercise level. They make a point to know each one of their clients and consistently instruct the class as well as give individual attention throughout helping clients increase their level and setting goals. There are not only classes , but fitness challenges through the year to assist in improving your exercise level and to keep you engaged in your fitness program. There is never any pressure to participate, in the added programs only encouragement! Summit promotes a tight knit community and it’s the family atmosphere that keeps members coming in weekly.! Updating this after spending 15 consecutive months here and ANOTHER pregnancy. Currently 32 weeks pregnant and have been working out here consistently the entire pregnancy. Zach and Joe have been so incredibly supportive throughout offering modifications when needed and cheering me on. I have honestly never felt stronger and more capable in my entire life. Looking forward to how keeping consistent will help with labor and delivery and postpartum recovery and can’t wait to continue this journey!

I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. Zach and Joe are top tier trainers (especially for putting up with me) with the perfect combination of pushing you as hard as possible and comedic relief. Every workout is a challenge for your entire body, the atmosphere and community is unmatched.
I found summit just over 6 months ago through a friend who referred me. I was super nervous to get back into fitness coming off of a pregnancy and a very severe ankle injury in 2020. In just 6 months my life has completely changed thanks to Summit. My ankle feels amazing, I’m jumping for the first time in 3 years! I’ve gained 10lbs of muscle and endless confidence and energy to take care of my kids.

I started training with Summit in January of 2023 and just completed my 50th class! I saw their ad on social media and it looked like exactly what I had been looking for. I signed up for the free class and haven’t looked back. I have been dealing with lower back issues for quite a few years now and decided that I needed a gym that could help me to strengthen the muscles to better support my back. Both Zach and Joe take this into consideration and are constantly checking in on me and asking how my back is feeling and are quick to offer modifications to any exercises to elevate any discomfort while maintaining effective reps. I don’t like working out in front of people or even as a group in a big class but coming to Summit has helped me to overcome my fear my judgement. It’s such a positive way to start the morning with such amazing people. Zach & Joe push me to do just a little better each day and is such an inspiration to know I’m stronger than I think. The motivation each days has me coming back for more even when the workouts seem hard. I’m grateful for making the decision to join! Thank you for always believing in me!

Love this place. It’s one of my happy places. Great coaches and workout sessions. And the best part is the camaraderie amongst fellow members. I started with 8 classes per month but enjoyed the workouts so much, that I decided to add another day per week. I needed strength training to supplement my endurance sports and I already see results in the monthly challenges held at the gym but also in my other fitness activities. I’m addicted to these classes! The trainers are awesome- they mix up the classes and keep them interesting, and they pump you up and push you to achieve your personal best. They provide modifications for exercises too, so good for all levels or physical limitations. I can’t play sports anymore due to past injuries/restrictions, and previous workouts at other gyms were either boring, not challenging enough, or caused injuries/muscle strain. For me, these classes are just the right level of challenge without risking injury due to the full body conditioning exercises and expertise of the trainers. I also love the sense of community working out together and encouraging each other. Far exceeds any of my previous experiences with other gyms and group classes!

As a first responder with a difficult schedule and a family emergency, this company was impossible to cancel with remotely. They only accept in person cancelation form signing, text or email cancelation will only result in your card being charged over and over and harassing texts. Make it easier on the clients given how the world is right now?

If you’re looking for a gym with group style classes you definitely should check out Summit! The first class is free and guaranteed to get you hooked. I didn't really know what I was doing when working out on my own, I used to just stick to cardio so this is a great fit for someone like me. The trainers here are great in coming up with amazing exercises to target all parts of your body each class and walking you through it to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. Each class has cardio and weightlifting. I have been going for 6 months and I absolutely notice changes in my body. My legs and arms are very toned from going here and I have lost almost 20 pounds. Also- the online portal is excellent in keeping track of your classes and making your schedule. Its a great place for anyone, older or younger, just starting in your fitness journey or not. Almost all the workouts can be modified to make them easier or harder to accommodate your needs. Such a positive experience coming here, I have so many good things to say!

Let me start by saying I've never been one for conventional gyms. So happy I found this gem! Every class is different starting from the warm-ups all the way through which makes going to class exciting. I never know what to expect other than I know I'll get the best workout. The coaches are motivating and push to make sure I'm getting my best out. The overall atmosphere is so comfortable even though that first class was a bit nerve wracking. So glad I went! Looking forward to hitting that 100!!

I have been going to Summit Fitness for a few years and love it there. It is such a great workout. Zach is an amazing instructor. There are some people who are just starting with exercise and others who have done it for years. Zach can adjust your workout so it works for you. He's very patient and so knowledgable and the class is always fun so you don't realize how much you are hurting until you leave. LOL

I only took one class as an intro to the gym, and it was soo fun! There's no pressure, its super energetic, the trainers I worked with were Zach and Liz, both SUPER friendly and fun. It was my first class so they did a little extra checking up on me. It is a bit pricey for me personally, I don't have a ton of free time, and would probably only be there once or twice a week. I had talked to Zach about letting me know if they ever did a pay as you go type thing. I would definitely pay 25 bucks to drop in when I can. Thank you guys soo much!!

I joined the gym for few months after I have been working out with the most wonderful people at Velocity in Norwood, MA for 3 years.
I moved to Attleboro and was looking for something similar and I found Summit.
I will said that everything was wonderful until I wrote an email. I question some of the charges I found on my bank account. I ask them why they are not more flexible and try to accommodate their clients.
All of the sudden they cancel my membership and didn’t respond my email to give me an explanation.
I guess this is the way they do business.
I wish them the bess but I think the have to improve and listen to their clients. It was not nice what they did to me.

Summit Training is exactly what I needed. I hit a rut in my fitness journey and was looking for something new. One day I came across an ad and thought it would be cool to check out. After my first group class I was hooked. I have been going for a few weeks and I can already feel a difference in my strength. I get stronger with each class.
