Working with Brendan has been a great experience- he is always on time, friendly, focused and fun to work out with. Results have been noticeable but appropriately paced. He doesn’t go for a quick fix but supports a lifestyle change- in activity and nutrition. It’s been great working with SFT over the past year - my favorite thing is that Brendan will make sure when you leave that his busy street is free and clear of other cars to make sure you leave safely. He does this in cold or warm weather. Great guy, great trainer- wonderful experience

Brendan’s name was given to me by a friend and have been training with him for over 6 months- meeting with him 2x a week- Always accommodating to my hectic schedule, he has never cancelled, overslept or missed a session. A true professional to his trade, his workouts are focused, changed routinely and his knowledge is by far the best. His gym has fully equipped with modern equipment that he continually adds to and it is SUPER clean. I personally have made rapid strength and muscle progress with my time at Swansea Fitness Training that I would not have otherwise obtained with other fitness instructors or if I entered a gym facility on my own, and have received accurate and condensed nutrition instruction that has benefited my physical fitness goals. Brendan and I are both personal trainers who worked with each other for just over 4 years. In that time, I have seen him bring his clients from strength to strength. His passion for training is clear during all of his sessions, you will never have a workout where he doesn’t give 100%. He is attentive to his client’s needs and goals and all of his programs are specifically designed to meet them. He has also worked with all age groups and abilities and is very conscious of any injuries or issues you may have had prior to training with him.
One of my favourite qualities about Brendan as a person and trainer is his ability to connect to every client on a personal level. He has this innate ability to create a safe space for his clients to not only work on their physical attributes but also their mental obstacles they may be facing in their fitness journey or even personal lives. A really good trainer will know what you need before you do and that I can say with confidence is one of Brendan’s strengths. If you let him guide you, you cannot go wrong. You will see results, you will feel proud of your accomplishments, you will feel supported and you will end up with an incredible friend!

This facility has all the equipment you need and more! Added bonus that you'll also receive expert training from Brendan who leads you to your fitness goals. He has great attention to details and shows your step-by-step each movement with precise form. The fitness tracker provide accountability outside of the 1:1 training to ensure your goals are always top of mind when exercising independently. The weigh-in's are robust and shows progress beyond pounds. You can tell that high client satisfaction and results are the main focus of this fitness training facility and trainer. Brendan is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He is there to pat you on the back (if needed) but he's mostly there to kick you in the rear so that you get the most of your workouts. For the quality of workout you receive it's very well priced. It's in the comfort of his home so there's not the same pressures you receive at a normal gym. For someone like myself who went years without a workout regimen I'm really glad someone introduced me to him.

Brendan was my personal trainer for about 2.5 years (Spring 2017- Fall 2019) at Anytime Fitness. In that time, he not only optimized my form in a number of different weight exercises, but he also was a resource I was able to use to better my diet and nutrition. With his help, I lost just under 20 pounds, and reduced my body fat percent from 20.5% to 14.5% in just the first 6 months, and I was able to maintain this weight loss throughout the rest of the time I worked out with him. I learned how to create and develop my own workouts for when I was not working out with him. Not only was Brendan a great trainer in helping me meet my health goals, but he was also just a genuinely kind, understanding, and flexible person who always tried to help me get the most for what I was paying for. As long as you are willing to put the work in to show up to workouts and eat clean (or mostly clean), then you will not find a better trainer/coach to assist you in reaching your health goals.
