I have been working with Sara for 1.5 years and she has motivated me to transform not only my body but fostered my ability to fight through any physical and mental limitations that creep up just when “ you think you can’t do it!”
Sara motivates you every workout and she never stops! She changes up my workouts before I ask and that kind of training keeps it new and fresh! My body is strong, slender, and youthful…. for 71 years of age!

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I have been doing personal training sessions with Sara for a little less than a year now and in that time, my overall strength has significantly increased and my body composition has noticeably changed. I have learned so much by starting these sessions with Sara and am able to feel more confident when going to the gym on my own now because I am able to create a more effective workout routine. Sara is also just so fun to work with and really strives to make sure the things you want to work on are her top priority each session.

I also have been attending the small group classes lead by Sara, and the seasonal bootcamps lead by the gym’s trainers which are AWESOME. This place is truly a no-judgement zone and I feel really supported not just by Sara, but by all the other trainers. Aside from that, every trainer at this gym is so incredibly personable and friendly. I cannot recommend this gym enough for anyone!!

Love, love, love Sweat Equity! First, the gym itself is great — new, not too big, and has lots of machines and weights for a really thorough workout. Second, Sara is an amazing trainer. She meets her clients where they are and then appropriately pushes them. Even with a 30 minute session, I get a really solid workout. Third, Sara cares about her clients. She reads the room and is chatty at the right times and lets you work out quietly when needed. She’s a kind individual, and I look forward to seeing her for my appointments. I feel happy to be supporting a small business owner like her. If you are looking for a nice gym with great trainers/owners, Sweat Equity is your place!

Sweat Equity is an absolutely top notch facility with incredible equipment and a wonderful staff. I have been able to have interactions with all trainers in this facility and each one of them brings the background, knowledge, and drive to create a customized work out plan that will show results and keep you challenged.
My trainer, Lauren, has adapted the workouts to target my goals but also keeps in mind my limitations due to prior injuries. In just a few weeks of working with Lauren, I have noticed improved strength, fitness, confidence, and even over all happiness that I can only attribute to Sweat Equity Fitness.
Working out after a day of work can be difficult, but Lauren always finds a way to make it enjoyable. I look forward to every session we have together.

I've been training with Sara for just under a year and it has really improved my mental and physical health. I always feel better after a session in the clean, calm, organized space. Sara regularly challenges me with new exercises and pushes me to give my best in all my sets. She always checks in to see how you're feeling before the workout to adjust for any pain or soreness, and is extremely attentive throughout. The pricing is honestly a steal, and I really appreciate that there are some cardio machines that you can use before or after your session as well. Plus it's always a treat to pet the resident doodle Tito. Love coming here!

Personal training was never something I thought I would have the courage to do until I started training with Lauren at Sweat Equity. I have been working out with Sara for several years and was so thrilled for her when she realized her long standing dream and opened her own studio with her fiancé, Dave: Sweat Equity! It’s a little more of a drive for me than her past spot but it’s more than worth it!!! The first time I came to the new location I was blown away by the space- so beautiful and clean, with state of the art equipment and cardio machines. I recruited some friends and fellow mothers of young kids to work out with me and we have the best time with Sara, always looking forward to each of our sessions, 3 mornings a week. We’ve all experienced great gains in our fitness these past few months and have Sara to thank. Not only is she a highly skilled trainer, she has a heart of gold and a wicked sense of humor. Sara has been working me with a small group of women for over a year. Her training is tough, but fun! She is knowledgeable about how to lift weights to build strength and change body composition. She has an incredibly positive attitude and is extremely organized, keeping track of the schedules for each member of our small group week to week. She’s also adaptable: when one of us has an area we want to target or a strain somewhere, she adjusts on the fly like the pro she is.

I am so happy with the results I’ve seen by working with Sara. She’s given me so much confidence in what my body can do, making me feel empowered. I can’t help but dance between sets (or, let’s be real, during).

My body composition is changing. My lower back pain is lessening. My diastasis recti is almost gone. And these workouts help keep my mind focused and ready for whatever life with small children throws at me. They are an essential part of my well-being.

The facilities are bright, spotless and yet warm and welcoming with really thoughtful, modern touches throughout. I’ve been known to point at hooks or shelves and say, “where did you get that?” The color scheme is both energizing and calming. But don’t let those blues lull you into complacency! Sara will take advantage of the equipment to strengthen every muscle in your body.

During the year I have been working with Sara, my quality of life has improved in ways that I hadn't expected. My expectation was to become "stronger and healthier" with no real definition beyond a generic fitness statement. What I found was my knee, hip and ankle pain is non-existent, my neck and shoulder don't hurt while carrying a laptop bag, I can carry my two toddlers (simultaneously), and all physical activity is generally easier. I never considered myself as weak before training with Sara because I could move heavy things when necessary, but I didn't realize was how much I lacked strong supporting muscles.

I sung Sara's praises so frequently at home that my husband got his own trainer. Thanks to Sara for helping us learn that true fitness extends beyond a specific ideal!

Sara actually changed my life. Not only did she help me lose over 50 pounds!! Yes 50!! She also helped me develop a better, healthy relationship with my body and exercise. I feel physically and mentally strong after each session and overall in my life. (therapy and a workout - consolidate lol) & even though it can be a struggle to make the time/or even just get out of bed I'm always so grateful when I just show up.

Figured I'd train for a while and eventually stop but I don't see that in my future. It's been just under 2 years and I'm never looking back.

If you are looking to get serious, Dave is your guy! He is an exceptional personal trainer!!
Dave put me on a program catered to what my specific needs were at the time. He is very focused on your goals and how to achieve them.
His knowledge of physical fitness is extensive and he conveys his knowledge in easy ways to understand.
I trust Dave with what he tells me to do, so much that when my kids were in need of fitness guidance, I sent them to Dave. My daughter for training for high school cheer and my son to train with Dave prior to high school football. Both of my kids found Dave very personable and funny as well as giving them tough workouts!

Dave is a fantastic trainer. He actually tailors all your training to you, your goals and physical condition, unlike some trainers that type a few things into a computer, which spits out a one-size-fits-all generic workout plan. If something is hurting, he works around it so it doesn't hurt more, and aims to make it better. I've trained with him for years, and after using many trainers over the years, I doubt I could find any better than Dave.
