Taha is a knowledgeable and thoughtful personal trainer. He really works with you to hit your personal goals and styles your workouts based on your personal needs. He helped me get into the best shape I’ve been in in a long time. He’s caring and flexible, and a great mentor. He goes out of his way on his free time to train you, and he certainly has went above and beyond for me. He’s a class act, go train with him! You won’t regret it.

Ahmad is one of the best personal trainers that I’ve worked with. He is professional and knowledgeable in all things fitness, including nutrition and exercise. I haven’t been using weights for awhile now, and he motivates and challenges you which is great, even his stretches are tough! But overall, Ahmad is patient and is definitely helping me get back into shape! Enjoying my experience!!

The absolute best of the best, Ahmad believes in all of his clients. Everything is personalized and he does everything possible to make your workout experience one that you enjoy and understand. He is able to break down the fundamentals of each individual‘s goals and how he can help them get there. He also gets to know his clients so that it’s not just about the training, but it’s about the experience and him knowing how he is impacting your life. Coach Taha really helped me achieve my goals before my wedding - he worked with me and my crazy work schedule and was extremely flexible and reasonable.
