After the very first class I was standing straighter! π I spent 2 years trying to straighten my posture on my own to no avail.

I needed to use my CGM which is connected to my phone. They made me disclose my medical condition in front of the class and told me it was up to the teachers if I could use my medical device. When I reached out to the owner she decided not to reply. Interesting.....the owner responded with an inaccurate description of what occurred. Other students chimed in so how could it have been privately. I was also told I HAD to disclose my medical condition. I waited by the phone to discuss but no call came. Own up to the situation being handled incorrectly instead of being untruthful. We all make mistakes. How we handle them is what matters. I gave you the chance and you decided against handling it head on.

I absolutely love the bar method workout and this location. It's designed to build strength and lengthen muscles! Perfect for me. Very well maintained and clean studio.

The Bar Method is a great exercise studio with a kind and caring group. It is a very effective exercise and I find my muscles strengthening all the time. The classes are tough but enjoyable and I leave feeling like I am walking a bit taller and stronger each time.

Iβve been attending classes at The Bar Method Hingham for almost 10 years! The classes are challenging and fun! I love how the exercises have evolved from full one hour class to 45 minute variations that focus on different areas (cardio, strengthening and stretching). I have back issues and barre classes have helped so much with my flexibility and core strengthening. In addition, the instructors are helpful, encouraging and make each class a blast!

Barre (surprisingly) has been the best form of exercise I've done. ANYONE and everyone can get a challenging lifelong workout! And The Bar Method is an OG style of barre. The Bar Method Hingham is home for me.

The Bar Method has saved me. Having had rheumatoid arthritis for over 35 years (multiple joint replacements) I had more limited exercise options. Classes at Bar studio are no impact so easy on joints and they build muscle mass which is crucial to maintain as woman age. The Hingham studio is my happy place where for a little bit most days I do a workout for myself in the company of great people. Thank you Sarah for opening and Sue for re-opening!

I've been doing The bar method for almost seven years. It's a wonderful workout that really conditions your body. The staff at bar method Hingham is fabulous. Helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend the studio to anyone looking to get in shape and have a wonderful experience.

Bar method has absolutely changed my body over the last 2 1/2 years. Iβm stronger, more flexible, and more toned. Since it is low intensity, my knees are no longer bothering like when I was jogging.
This studio and the instructors are great! I come here on weekend and do not need to shower. But please note that there is no shower available at this location.
Overall I canβt recommend bar method highly enough for a gentle yet effective work out.

Absolutely LOVE Bar Method! Have been taking classes throughout many life stages (pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and post-pregnancy) and have been challenged by the exercises along the way. The instructors are incredible and always make an effort to help with adjustments. Very highly recommend!

The Bar Method in Hingham is great! I really look forward to each class. I love that the structure of each class is the same but that the exercises are different and challenging. It never gets boring. The instructors do a wonderful job monitoring clients to ensure that they are doing the exercises correctly and safely. They are so good about offering challenges or modifications to meet the needs of their students. They also strive to learn everyoneβs name and call out praise and encouragement during class. I highly recommend trying out the Bar Method!
