We’ve had a fantastic experience with this gym where my son is currently taking boxing lessons. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into what truly feels like a family. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and supportive—not just from the trainers, but from the other members as well. There’s a strong sense of community here that’s hard to find elsewhere.

The training itself has been excellent. My son is progressing really well, both in his skills and confidence. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each student improve.

It’s also very convenient for us location-wise, which is a huge plus. I’m so glad we found this place—it’s more than just a gym; it’s a positive, encouraging environment where people lift each other up. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality boxing training in a welcoming setting.

Awesome small-gym environment with lots to offer. Stopped in when I was looking to transition from the mainstream gyms and loved it. Taylor is very welcoming and offers tailored training programs. You can definitely get dialed in easily here and not come across any distractions.

I've seen Barracks Gym Agwam pop up when I was looking for a new gym. Stopped in and met Taylor. Told him I really enjoy the workout boxing provides and have seen great results in the past however questioned my last trainer/coach abilities. So far the past couple months working with Taylor he's proven he knows what he's talking about and the workouts are on point. I highly recommend as well if your looking for the blend of a coach or just a trainer!!

I have watched Taylor train my son since he started his Brust Fitness business. Taylor works well with my son and all clients I have observed him with over the past five years. This year I decided I needed to have more structure in my workouts. Based on his reputation with his clients, I decided to have Taylor train me. I have been working with Taylor for a few months and have seen progress in my strength and conditioning. I recommend Brust fitness to people of all ages.

I am a gym joiner, but never actually went. I have gone consistently for the past few months. Taylor makes working out a lifestyle not just an hour at the gym. He is an amazing trainer and friend! I am so thankful I stepped into that door the first day!!!
