The Exercise Coach program was perfect for getting back into the gym
after a long break. The trainers were very friendly and paid close attention to my limitations from an injury. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t usually enjoy exercising!

My wife and I have been going to The Exercise Coach in Wellesley for over two years and it has been immensely beneficial. We have different attitudes to working out but the fact that we can do it together makes it fun for both of us. And the trainers are great. In 20 minutes you can achieve similar results to working with a personal trainer for an hour and the Exerbotics machines that provide continuous resistance make for a challenging workout — in a tightly controlled environment — and provide instant feedback on your performance. Whether you are a competitive athlete or just need to keep strong to as you age (or both!) the system is great. We have recommended The Exercise Coach to many of our friends.

It is a pleasure to write this review of the Exercise Coach in Wellesley, MA. I have been a member for the last three years. During that time I have had the good fortune to work with a number of seasoned trainers who developed specific training programs for me. They have also initiated changes in my program to continue to meet my needs.
The administrative staff have always been there to address any questions that I have regarding scheduling or changes in my individual program.
I highly recommend the Exercise
Coach for men and women of all age groups who want a very personalized training program staffed by wonderful trainers!

I had been looking to incorporate weights into my exercise routine for awhile and so I scheduled a free session with the EC in Wellesley to check it out. 2 hours a day for 2 days a week doesn’t seem possible but it really does work and I am so thrilled with the results. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very welcoming as well. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone who is looking to improve their muscle mass as they age.

I am thrilled to have finally found the Exercise Coach in Wellesley, which is the exact right exercise program for me! The one-on-one , 20 minute workouts are challenging and I especially appreciate the coaches who are friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I so look forward to my twice a week workouts especially since I have seen positive physical changes and an increased feeling of well-being. Highly recommend.

I love the one on one as that keeps me motivated and accountable to put my best efforts in each time. I have had Lauren the most and she is amazing! Love her energy and encouragement! I’ve also had Korbin a couple of times and he is just as amazing and pushes me to my limits. Korbin is also the one I did my intro classes with and he was fantastic at answering all my questions. I have not had Katie or Mike yet, but I’m sure they are great too! :)

I can’t recommend Exercise Coach enough to my friends and family. I’ve been going for 2 1/2 years and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I noticed that my strength and balance were off and other form's of exercise didn’t help. This is the best 20 minutes twice a week you can do for your body you will not be sorry. The staff,is incredible. They want to see you succeed in all that want

The staff are very knowledgeable and adjust your workouts accordingly. I saw improvements in my performance and no one made me overdo my workouts. They have also been very understanding about an injury I sustained from a fall. They are so nice and accommodating and reasonable. I highly recommend this exercise outfit.

My husband and I started going to the Exercise Coach back in December and we have continued to do it together twice a week. Just doing a 20 minute workout has been life changing. We both feel so much stronger and healthier. Korbin and Erin are great trainers and work one on one with us. Before I started going to the Coach I was pretty lethargic and I suffered daily from back and hip pain. After the strength training, especially with my core, I do not feel any back or hip pain. What I love most is I am challenging myself to get stronger so I give it all that I have. Give it a try. You will not regret it.

I have worked out for the majority of my life. I can’t say enough about The Exercise Coach in Wellesley. I have been going there since the end of March and I absolutely love it. The trainers are outstanding, Nick is my favorite! The workout is only 20 minutes, which is so easy to fit in my schedule. I feel so much stronger since I’ve started. This is an excellent system. Probably for anyone but especially for me - I know I should exercise and workout but I usually give up - bored, unmotivated and not feeling progress after a few weeks. Here with the superb coaching I’ve had with Quan and more recently Nolan, I work very hard. Nolan is very clear on form and as the challenges increase and when I’d like to ease up his encouragement helps me power through.
Also the 20 minute sessions twice a week are just right. I am always glad to get to the next session.

I have been thoroughly enjoying this style of work-out! It’s 20 min, which fits my schedule, but what a work-out! And my favorite coach is Quan! He’s the best!! Great coach & cheerleader!! I started my fitness journey with the Exercise Coach 5-6 months ago now and have been loving my results. I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been. I found them by chance in an online search and called the owners Jeff and Natasha who are awesome and super welcoming. All 4 of the trainers have been fantastic to work with. They take their time with you and motivate you to push yourself within reason. The workouts are perfect for anybody working a busy schedule or anyone trying to get started exercising. I am so thankful I found Exercise Coach and look forward to my workouts every week.

I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach in Wellesley now for over a year and my progress has been terrific. The different workout programs keep the sessions interesting and rare are the workouts that don’t push me to at least 1 personal best. I’ve never liked weight training but this totally works for me...and at only 20 minute workouts, I can’t make excuses. Kudus to Melissa and Glenn who help push me to new heights.

I honestly have to say this is the best exercise program I have ever undertaken. It is so unique in its approach using the personal metrics and the visual motivation of that green line, along with the personal coach, guiding, educating, and moving me steadily forward in my fitness goals. I have tried and seen just about everything and now as a senior and a former athlete I am trying to pay careful attention to my fitness level. This is the first time I can recall getting so excited to go to the gym, except when I was competing. It’s hard to believe that after 20 minutes I’m done, challenged, but never really feeling overburdened or spent. I love the science and for me, it’s more than worth the drive (an hour).

This is the best personal training workout I've ever experienced. The studio is private, clean and definitely didn't feel like a gym. Their proprietary technology is amazing -- at first I thought it was too good to be true, but now I am hooked. I am loving my experience at The Exercise Coach in Wellesley!
The facility is nicely maintained, sleek and clean. Glenn is a great trainer. He maintains an appropriate combination of friendliness and professionalism. He has a good knowledge of exercise science and often has great explanations about the nuances of the exercises. He is encouraging without being pushy and he sometimes adds interesting anecdotes that make the workout fly by. The quick 20 minute workout is extremely effective and is specifically tailored to my needs. Normally I am a tech-dummy but I enjoy the technology as it provides a focus point for each rep and before I know it the session is over! I leave the studio feeling like I worked my body hard but I am also energized to face the rest of the day.
I highly recommend The Exercise Coach for all populations and fitness levels, especially given that the work outs are highly individualized. I actually drive an hour to do this 20 minute workout and I am hooked it!
