The Fit House offers a variety of fun low-impact high-energy classes! Featuring Boston Jumps, Trampoline, Step, Hip-hop Dane, Mat Pilates, Barre, Weight-loss and strength training and more. Our goal is to create a community where everyone feels welcome, empowered to MOVE, and feel their best.
We offer amazing workouts delivering results and pain-free for those who are looking for injury prevention and rehabilitation. We offer classes to Adults, teens and kids programs, private parties, team building and fundraising. We can help people with ailments or recovering from surgery to heal faster and get back to walking and moving. We help coaches, teams, athletes, runners who need help getting their mobility and athletes back to their training.

Amy, founder & instructor, is passionate, energetic and very knowledgeable about the benefits of her work out. I burned 889 calories and was able to keep up in class- which was surprising since I am coming off a year of health issues. Thank you for a fun workout!

The Fit House is truly a hidden gem 💎 ! As I’ve gotten older and experienced joint issues, I found it harder to keep up with traditional HIIT workouts. Discovering this gym has been a game changer. The owner, Amy, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely cares about your overall well-being. Having gone through her own recovery journey, she understands the importance of safe, effective exercise—and it shows in everything she does. For the first time in years, I feel exhilarated, energized, and stronger. I’ve even made new friends along the way.
