The equipment in this gym is terrible and never upkept by staff. There are multiple bent barbells that they just leave out on the floor. Cable machines that are broken and have been for weeks. It would simply take the staff about 5 minutes to unscrew the one bolt to reattach the carabiner to the cable but they are too lazy to do that. There is a staff member that is always there and instead of putting any effort into upkeeping the gym he just works out on the clock.

I have tried several times to contact the owners and figure out my account situation. My bill is over $100 and keeps rising as I can’t use my card to get in because the account is frozen. I tried getting to my account on the website and was prompted to call or email to get it. Problem is I can’t if the staff is too lazy to pick up a phone or respond to emails.

It's a shame people review bashed this gym... people can be silly. Complaining about $30 a month to support YOUR gym during covid crises so the owners can keep the lights on when everyone can return after lock downs and keep feeding their own families. It's not always so cut and dry or simple as people think... there's always more to the story and much much more than the consumer can see or is exposed to. Businesses don't intentionally try to hamstring customers knowing damn well it's going to destroy their reputation. Small businesses especially. 🤦🏻. I understand asking to cancel is asking to cancel. But I'm sure 299 other people were trying to do the same thing. I'm almost certain there was a lot of tears, stress, confusion, and mix ups.

Friendly Staff. Most accessible 24-hour gym in the area, that has a nice "old-school" weightlifting gym feel, while servicing "new-school" trends.

Only criticism, some of the equipment could use some updating: number labels on dumbbells, cables on a few machines could run smoother. However, not a deal-breaker, just routine maintenance.

Honestly overpriced, I joined for a couple months and was honestly disappointed. I was paying 30 dollars per month and I just went to renew it and it said I would have to pay $55 for a single month. That is absolutely absurd and will never attend this gym again. Another big turnoff is them charging $5 for a Bang energy drink...especially since they have flavors that I have literally found at the dollar store. This place feels more like it's trying to look like a gym rather than actually being a gym. Very nice workers and some solid equipment, the $55 was the final straw though.

Really bright and friendly gym! Open 24/7 which is nice and no pesky paper towels getting wasted, they give you clean towels to clean off equipment. Locker rooms are brand new and really clean as well.

I have asked them every month since April to stop charging me and to delete my account information. Can you believe it...they JUST CHARGE ME AGAIN!!! Incompetence at it's greatest. I am very upset with whoever is running this business. It looks like while reading the reviews they have been scamming everyone. A lot of business got hit during COVID mine included. You don't see me charging my clients for their EFT programs they had a contract with. There is the right thing to do and the wrong thing to do. THE FIT CLUB HAS CHOSEN THE WRONG ROAD. How very distasteful.

Actively deleting negative comments on their Facebook page and preventing those who have left negative comments from being able to post.

Actively scammed long-time members by ignoring requests for freezing/holding memberships during COVID. Uses the free services offered through the website as proof of service and defends themselves with quotes from the AG office because they are cognizant of the lack of value for money provided.

There are too many lower cost options for gyms in the palmer area to justify this type of malicious behavior.

This place is charging people during this covid-19 pandemic. With not being able to go, I do not think this is right for them to keep charging people during this. I’ve asked for my money back since closures happened March 16th and they are saying they will not give me my money back. I will not be giving this place my business and will definitely be telling a few people I know that are still members.

I was visiting family back east and needed a place to workout at while there. You know, can't stop the grind even when on vacation! While there, I happened to meet the owners (husband and wife) and was very impressed with them. They were both fit (its just like persona trainers, you want someone fit), they made me feel welcome, and they recommended that I try a class (more on that in a minute). I learned that the husband was a marine and I always like supporting veteran owned businesses.

I took a class which was surprisingly more of a weight training class than a typical fitness class. I liked that an I appreciated their recommendation to try it. I also loved the sauna and all the other amenities.

Every staff member I came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like I was a local member.

I would definitely recommend coming to the Fit Club!

Great gym in the area! They have a good variety of classes as well as equipment. I’m looking forward to seeing the new facility they are building. I also love the variety of people there so I never feel out of place or not “in shape enough” to keep up!
