I cannot say enough about Bonnie, Sharon, and the entire Fitness Asylum team. The energy, motivation, and creativity they brought to fundraising for Pawsitively 4 Pink was nothing short of inspiring. They didn’t just host a fundraiser — they created an experience.

Very welcoming, non-judgmental, and supportive. I absolutely love coming here for their bootcamps and LIFT classes. All of the instructors are top notch, they remember your name, and truly want you to succeed and do well. This is not an uptight gym either. Everyone is so kind. I am way stronger because of these classes, and leave feeling more fit and confident each time. I also love that there are SO many different time slots and several locations. I wish I could give FA 10 stars!

Long time member here! My favorite part is walking into the gym and the workout is laid out for us. I don't have to preplan or think about what to do. I find the classes challenging but there is always modifications if necessary. Great group of people and always have felt welcomed.

🌱 When I was new to fitness and unsure of what to do, the coaches of the Fitness Asylum met me where I was with modifications and taught me the correct form.
💪🏻 When I was comfortable with the movements in the boot camps, they gently pulled away the mods and added weight to challenge me.
🤕 When I had various injuries from Life, they found me other exercises to do until my body was strong again.
🧑‍🧒 When my son showed interest, I didn’t think twice about sharing the Fitness Asylum with him. He’s 15 and has been coming since he was 12.
This month is my 5 year anniversary with the Fitness Asylum, and I still love it!

I joined the Fitness Asylum in February of 2023…my husband had been a member for quite sometime and thought I would like it and asked me to just try it out and see…so I did, and I wished I had listened to him sooner because I absolutely LOVE it! The staff is amazing, the coaches are the BEST and the friends that I have made make working out that much sweeter!! I’m an early morning person and I mostly go to the Hudson location because it’s a 3 minute drive from my house! I love my 6:30am crew! I have learned so much about myself and what I am capable of doing in the gym! I have lost weight doing a couple of the body challenges! I have gained so much muscle and strength! I am proud to belong to such an amazing and uplifting community-one in which the staff and members cheer each other on and encourage one another to push themselves! I highly recommend trying Fitness Asylum because I promise…you won’t look back! There are always specials going on for perspective members to try and I think that’s so important to be able to jump into different classes and try out different instructors/locations before making a long term commitment! Thank you Fitness Asylum for helping me to push myself to a whole new level in my fitness journey!

The Hudson location is one of 4 Fitness Asylum locations and each one has its unique personality! I love the openness of Hudson and the large space for boot camps and specialty programs. The trainers at Hudson are fantastic and I commit daily at 5:30am Mon-Friday and I love the workouts, the people, the music, and the diversity of sets! If you are seeking to change up your routine give FA a try and you will never leave!!! It really feels like a FAmily!!!!

Love the Fitness Challenge and the Bootcamps! I have been a constant "dieter" my entire life. Fitness Asylum coaches you to a healthier lifestyle and the boot camps kick your butt and they are so much fun! The entire atmosphere is very welcoming and helpful.

I think the workouts are great, but I'm surprised that there is no attempt to include stretching either before or after the workout. At another boot camp I attended, stretching (both moving and stationary) was a part of each class. At Fitness Asylum, I have twice pulled muscles which I think could have been prevented if stretching were part of the program.

Love the great instructors and the bootcamp style of classes. I can go in and get a great full body workout with bodyweight exercises, weights and kettlebells in about an hour. The workouts make me stronger for the sports I play, I notice it on the ice or on the court when I haven't been in a while. Classes help keep injuries at bay and also help me compete at a higher level. I have also done different specialty classes like boxing, strikefit and kettlebells and have learned a lot and gotten great workout. It is a great community of people who all encourage eachother to be fit and healthy.
