The Inner Cycle Salem is awesome! The instructors are full of energy and motivating. The music is always great, they have new bikes! The atmosphere is incredible lots of space, the dark room with fun lights! I love everything about this place! Highly recommend and to check it out - you won regret it! I keep going back

Inner Cycle in Salem is the best! High quality new bikes, awesome lighting, and riders who support each other. Instructors vary, which is great - all different classes and teaching styles. There is something for everyone in a very welcoming environment. Try it out!

The Salem IC is the perfect spin spot. It’s clean and spacious, and all the bikes are brand new. The instructors are as fabulous as at all the IC studios, and they’ll have you sweating, singing along, and coming back. Truly great for group spin post-pandemic because there is plenty of room for everyone. I’m looking forward to warm weather with the garage door open. Don’t sleep on this one!

The Salem studio is awesome. Loved the vibe of the "warehouse feel". So many great instructors who bring their own unique style to every ride. Hunter brings the excitement and enthusiasm while pushing you to your personal limits without even knowing it.
Heather Q is great! She’s always been a favorite from the Beverly studio. Her love for the sport and choreography are always on point while you "lose yourself in the ride".

I've been spinning at Inner Cycle's Beverly location for many years and the same great energy and workout experience has transferred to their new Salem location. The bikes are top of the line, great music and light system, and plenty of parking. If you've ever thought of trying out Inner Cycle's new Salem location (or any location for that matter), do yourself a favor and sign up! You won't be disappointed.

I used to go to the Beverly studio, but Salem is now closer! There are new bikes, large space, and a garage door to open up the room in good weather!! Great music, and instructors. Also everyone who goes is really friendly and helpful. I finally got spin shoes, and felt silly as I didn't know how to "click" them in, but the instructor and a few other spinners, all started joking and talking about their first times trying to use them, and helped me out! Its a wonderful community and vibe! They are creating more cycle times as demand increases, which is great! I recommend the cycle and tone class!! It's the best!
