My child got RSV from the first class. The "Director" Sammy was unapologetic, refused to refund us (of course) for the membership we will for sure not ever use now, and took no accountability for the lack of sanitation they should have had from the start.

As I saw, they did not wipe down any equipment, music shakers, toys in waiting room, etc. in-between classes. All they offer is a bottle of hand sanitizer. That is not enough for sanitizing. Do better.

It is a germ fest and not worth it. Especially, for a mediocre run class. They hardly lead it. Just a room of dirty gymnastic mats for your child to roam around.

They should be embarrassed this happened, right? Feel some sort of sadness for making an infant sick? But, no completely heartless and money hungry is the energy we received from their Director.

Sammy is an incredible director at The Little Gym! She always brings so much warmth and positive energy into the facility, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about every child who walks through the door. She connects with kids effortlessly—encouraging them, keeping them engaged, and making each class fun and safe.
The gym is always clean and organized thanks to her attention to detail and high standards. You can tell she takes pride in creating an environment where families feel comfortable and welcomed. Sammy is professional, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond. We’re so grateful to have her leading the way!

From the time my granddaughter was about 6 months old we’ve been going to the “gym”. She still gets so excited when I say you want to go to gym? She’s learned so much like how to wait and take turns, sharing and her physicality is so great. Has also made some great friends to play with too! Miss Gabby & Miss Sammy are great with the kids!

This place is amazing! Our daughter started there as a baby, and her physical mobility and confidence grew exponentially. The environment is clean, friendly, and positive. Miss Gabby and Miss Sammy are the best! Our daughter is in a school program, so we can no longer go to classes anymore, which we are devastated by, but we can't recommend The Little Gym in Medway enough.

The staff at TLG of Medway was so kind, inclusive and enthusiastic. From the initial phone call of scheduling to attending the Birds (10-19 months) class, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My kiddos attended a birthday party at TLG and the team was incredible! My older son is a person with special needs and true to form - he was determined to find all the exits and play his own way. :)

I'm always ready to be his one-to-one in these types of situations, but the TLG staff stepped in to connect with him wrangle him, and include him throughout the instructional activities. He was all smiles and did awesome - and that's thanks to the well trained, engaging, and caring staff. All special needs parents feel me when I say - it's a great day when you find a place and space that has inclusion, accessibility, and belonging at its core!

We have been coming to The Little Gym since 2022, and our daughter (and we) love it! The staff are all incredible with her. Miss Sammy, Mr. Tad, Miss Abby, and Miss Bella have all been working with her over her time there and she loves them all! They are super flexible and understanding with missing classes and adding make-up tokens, etc. We love TLG Medway!

Our daughter has so much fun at The Little Gym in Medway every Saturday, and we do too! Fantastic teachers (Ms. Sammi is the best) and great vibes overall, not to mention how wonderful it has been for our daughter’s development between ages 1-2. Highly recommend!

Our little one loves going to the little gym. Mr. Tad and Ms. Sammy are the best. Always super flexible with changes to our schedule. I would not take seriously the folks that refer to this place as mediocre. 5 stars for sure!

Mediocre class quality. Full disclosure, I used to work for one of Little Gym's competitors, and the difference in the amount of effort that goes into the programming and execution of the classes is stark.

Another issue I have is that you are not allowed to use makeup classes credits unless you are actively enrolled. My son was sick essentially all winter and missed class nearly every week. We stopped our enrollment when the weather turned, and now they're telling me we can't use the 7(!) credits we have unless we're also paying the monthly enrollment fee. I am told this is the norm among similar children's facilities, and I'm sure that's the case, but when I inquired as to when the credits expired well before our enrollment was up, and I did not receive an answer. We will not be returning, but it's worth mentioning that customer service did try to reach a solution that worked for both parties after I made my complaint.

I have been taking both of my kids to The little Gym of Medway for over 3 years and we absolutely love it here! Miss Sammy and all the instructors are so kind, patient and caring with the children. We also had a birthday party for my son here and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I recommend The Little Gym of Medway to everyone in the area with kids- it will quickly become their favorite activity!

Sammy and her Little Gym class have truly been life changing for my toddler. It has helped with her gross motor and listening skills, helped her start to learn to socialize, and Sammy takes the time to meet the needs and get to know each and every kid at a personal level. My granddaughter Theo has been attending The Little Gym for 2 months. She absolutely loves being there. As soon as we park, she starts saying "Mr. Tad, Mr. Tad!" And she loves Miss Beth as well!
As for the entire staff, they are the absolute BEST. We felt welcomed from day 1. It's great interaction with children Theo's age (3). She's having a blast, yet learning too. I HIGHLY recommend The Little Gym to any family looking for activity for their children. 🧡

Our son takes gymnastics classes at Little Gym, and we just had his 4th birthday there. We highly recommend the classes (reasonably priced, casual and friendly but still grounded in good gymnastics principles) and planning a birthday with them was SO EASY. To all parents who've spent their kids birthdays stressed for weeks about cleaning their house, booking the bouncy house, checking the weather, prepping, setting up, cleaning up, etc etc etc. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. His birthday at Little Gym ended up being cheaper than parties we've had at our home, all the kids had an absolute blast, and our wonderful hosts Shayna, Emma, and Tad did a beautiful job.

My daughter loves going to The Little Gym of Medway! I have seen improvements in her gross motor skills even after a month of classes. The instructors she sees, Ms. Beth, Ms. Bella, Ms. Sammy, and Ms. Gabby are wonderful and my daughter has become more and more comfortable with them overtime. Changing classes is easy and the instructors are super helpful in class with the students and with adults with any logistical questions. My daughter is in the birds class. The gym is clean and safe. I definitely recommend this place.

We love The Little Gym! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers and how they truly love working with kids. From Miss Sammy, Miss Beth, Mr Tad and Miss Bella, they all have special relationships with each of my kids who are 3yrs and 19mos. My 3yr old used to cling to me during class in the beginning but now runs in excited to play and leaves proud of his accomplishments.

I’ve also had the pleasure of being a guest to one of their birthday parties. It was run so nicely and they handled many aspects allowing the parents of the birthday boy to sit back and enjoy the party.

We’ve loved being part of Little Gym for the past year! We’ve really enjoyed the parent/child classes, and will soon be starting the FunnyBug (3 year old classes). Our daughter loves it so much that she chose to have her birthday party there (highly recommend!). As a psychologist, I appreciate that while there is focus on skill development, they really emphasize and embrace the importance of play and free exploring. It’s a very welcoming, accepting atmosphere with bubbles and balls and hanging rings, and I will always appreciate how special the teachers made my daughter feel on her birthday.

I was blown away by how much my 2-year-old has learned at The Little Gym of Medway with Ms. Beth as his teacher. He was late to walk and has always been cautious doing gross motor activities. He has totally come out of his shell at gymnastics- exploring new skills, developing confidence and having so much fun. We love this class!

We had my daughter’s birthday here, just picked it out at random. I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The staff here are amazing. They were so friendly and caring with all the kids, engaging and playful, really drawing shy kids out and making my daughter feel so special. The kids had a lovely time. I was really impressed. A treasure of a place and will forever be some of our fondest memories of our boys growing up. My son Charlie took his first steps here with Mr. Adam. My children love Ms. Karissa who is always so sweet, energetic and kind. I could not recommend the little gym more. Both my toddler boys have been huge fans!

Just wanted to update this - we’ve now been going here for five years. Would like to give a shout out to Karissa, Beth, and Ryan, my boys’ favorite teachers. They are patient and engaging and my children are always laughing and learning. They are like family now. Highly recommend!

Fantastic establishment for the kiddos. I had a great time chatting it up with the parents in the lobby. The professionalism in the gym is on par with the Olympic National Team. The male instructors aren’t bad eye candy for the parents either. Love the work they’re doing in here. It’s a shame that youngster Mr. Ryan has to leave at the end of summer. I hear he’ll be back tho. 11/10

Our daughter loves her gymnastics class! She can be a little shy and sometimes takes a little longer to go into class than others. The staff are so patient and help encourage her to go in when she is ready- not in a pushy way. Once she is in she has a blast! We love to watch her skills developing from week to week.

This place is very unprofessional. Their top priority is putting money in their pocket and thats it. If your looking for somewhere for your kids to learn and grow into gymnastics or dance and have fun at the same time, this is NOT the place.

My daughter LOVES this place. After she had a great experience at a friend's birthday party here, we decided to try a gymnastics class for her. She had a blast, couldn't wait to go back every week. For the last couple of months, in addition to gymnastics she's been going to their day camp twice a week, and it's been a highlight of her summer. I can't say enough good about the staff here -- my daughter can be really shy, especially in groups of other kids, but Mr. Adam and Miss Noelle and all the rest really know how to draw kids out and put them at ease, and they make sure everyone's having fun.
