Gordon’s high level of expertise is apparent from the moment you walk into the studio. I cannot imagine a more properly equipped gym or staff to help youth and adults meet their fitness goals. Not only was Gordon a knowledgeable trainer to work with, but his demeanor made me feel confident and comfortable.

Gordon's adult training group has been perfect for myself and my SO - I am a former DIII college tennis player and my partner had limited experience with strength and conditioning, but Gordon seamlessly instructed both of us at our differing levels within a group setting. Class is never too crowded and regardless of attendee level Gordon is always attentive, kind, energetic, and knowledgeable.

We were looking for something to hold us accountable for regular exercise, and this has been perfect; there's classes in the morning and evening and signing up for a date or rescheduling is easily done through an app on your phone. We try to go 2-3 days a week and we genuinely enjoy our time there, but I believe there are up to 4 days a week available. We've both been feeling more like ourselves and a little bit stronger, too, since we started going to the Movement : ) Thanks Gordon!

After doing extensive research for a strength and conditioning coach for my son, I came upon Gordon Pan of The Movement Strength and Conditioning facility. After speaking with Gordon at length, I found Gordon to be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his profession.

At that time my son was a high school athlete participating in both track and baseball. He had excelled in both sports, but after training with Gordon we noticed significant improvement in his strength, speed and explosiveness on the baseball field and track. My son is currently playing collegiate baseball and continues to excel. I know the knowledge and training with Gordon has prepared him for the rigorous workouts and training schedules required for college sports.

I highly recommend Gordon for anyone who is interested in performing and improving their skills to work at their optimal best.
