I absolutely loved my experience at The YAHD. As a big fan of their sister studio Backyahd, I was hopeful about their new venture and they delivered. The YAHD has a totally different methodology than any class I’ve taken - you really have an opportunity to warm up your body, get some mobility and strength work in, and rinse it all out with a run (or walk) on the treads. Class was challenging and felt like small group training in that the instructor (shoutout Alyssa!) gave personal attention to each of us.

Grateful for a studio that meets you where you’re at and pushes you just a little further than you think you can go.

Love The Yahd! I’ve done lots of typical circuit classes but I’m not experienced on the rack. Small group training at The Yahd has taught me so much. I also love mixing in the treadmill!
The instructors are incredibly helpful and so welcoming. Highly recommend!

The Yahd is the best workout in Boston! While it is technically small group training, it feels more like personal training as the instructors take time to work with each person in the class through the class. The combination of the treadmill with exercises on the floor and rack make it a challenging workout, but each workout is designed to accommodate folks at all levels of fitness. Can't recommend the Yahd enough!
