Sara Grace is dedicated to her yogis. We attended but living on the other side of Worcester the ride was tough. Parking was tight, and crummy neighbors put rocks on cars. Cars and trucks speed by during Savasana.. If the studio closes consider Hot Yoga Auburn, Sam and staff will welcome you with open arms. Peace and hope the best for and awesome studio. City should do more to help business, this is a quality studio, not let people put rocks on cars

I recently decided to get back into yoga and discovered this yoga center. I tried out every one of their classes. All of their instructors are amazing, talented, and experienced. I highly recommend this very special, welcoming gem of a yoga center in Worcester. July 2025 Update. Such a wonderful place with great instructors... I can step in our back and am always welcomed in this healing place.

How lucky I was to find this yoga studio just 20 minutes away from home. Third Eye Yoga Collective is a small, intimate, and welcoming perfect yoga place. The teachers are awesome and knowledgeable. After some years without practicing in a group I really appreciate the possibility of feeling the power of group practice. Totally recommended!

Third Eye Yoga is my favorite studio in Worcester . The style of classes tend to be slower and more restorative, which is great if you're looking for a healthy activity to de-stress! The community is very friendly, welcoming, and down to earth and the ambiance is very calm and relaxing.

This place is the absolute GREATEST. Very basic and small studio, but it's pretty much all teachers who taught at MetroWest Yoga in the mid-late 2010s, and they are all fantastic. Classes have very little to no added heat, which is nice. I used to do nothing but hot yoga which felt great, but I was constantly getting headaches from the dehydration, even when I pushed the fluids hard. But yeah you should totally come do yoga here and tell your friends!

Great yoga studio. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and offer a variety of levels for experienced/newbies. Sara-Grace is my personal favorite. They know offer online classes for those who dont feel comfortable with the COVID situation.
