John is so inspiring and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with him as a personal trainer. See him 3x a week and have seen real increases in strength. Gym is great - nice equipment and clean. Thanks John! Also thanks to his Great Dane service dog Turbulence who hangs out in the corner and is always happy to spot on the bench press.

I can’t recommend John enough for anyone at any level of fitness, whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, or just maintain physical health. He works with clients of all ages and is always kind, funny, encouraging, and most importantly safe and attentive. I’ve lost 65lb and counting over the last 9 months with John and can’t speak highly enough!

My girlfriend and I worked out with John over a few months and it was amazing - John is a knowledgeable and motivational trainer who tailored our workouts around my injury (with good focus on strengthening it slowly). His equipment is also phenomenal and I wish every gym had access to what John has - the ability to see # of reps and your force output on every rep was a godsend, and the air compression makes everything smooth. And most importantly - Jagger is a cute, extremely friendly doggo, who never once interrupted a workout, but was always happy to receive a treat or say hello when you walk in. Could not recommend John more.
