you cannot come in for self-training but only attending their cardio boxing classes otherwise they kick you out. they say they are 'no contact' boxing gym and only private sessions can use the ring, which costs you 150 dollars for an hour in the ring for some pads cardio work lol

Dear visitors, don’t come, it’s so SUCK!! They are not professional at teaching, no defense skills, no practical knowledge. They are only professional at charging you. You are REQUIRED to pay EXTRA $25 for warp and gloves. The GLOVES are BROKEN inside, even I changed. The sponge is broken and feels so sharp, CUTTING my fingers. I have over one year boxing experience in NYC. First time getting hurt, and could never imagine how it comes to CUT your fingers! DO NOT COME! ( my review on Classpass was keeping be deleted…)

this is not a boxing club or even a school. it looks like a kindergarten, you have no idea about boxing as a coach. You probably learned from yo tube🀣

Such a great gym to continue boxing at or to learn how to box. All of the coaches are very competent at teaching good boxing techniques. Also the gym is very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Watch out, TITLE Boxing Club Boston Newbury Street will fraudulently charge your credit card long after you cancel subscription.

My daughter cancelled subscription 9 months ago, then moved out of town. The Newbury Boxing club kept the credit card on file, and decided to start charging her $109 again in December 2022.

I called the credit card to dispute the charge, and, after many attempts, finally reached the Newbury Boxing Club on the phone.

They refused to reverse the charge, and will hear from the bank about that. They did confirm however that the account was cancelled.

In January, the Newbury Boxing Club charged her again $109! This is Orwellian.

I called the bank again, more time on the phone to sort it out. I disputed the 2nd charge, and this time got new card numbers, so they can't continue defrauding her.

Watch out for fraudulent credit card charges from the Newbury location of this boxing club.

These classes will humble you, that’s for sure. It’s been almost a year and I’m so grateful for these classes and the folks who run them. My favorite is JJ, not only is he a great trainer but an amazing motivator and will make you go that extra rep!

I’ve been to MULTIPLE Title locations and JJ’s class is the best boxing class I’ve ever taken! His personal training is also top tier in the industry. He is a professional fighter himself- so he knows what he’s doing unlike most other Title Boxing Club trainers at other locations. Cam the owner runs a professional, clean, high energy club. The front desk staff is helpful and there is the cutest Boston Terrier, Chloe who welcomes you as you walk in. Title Boxing Club Newbury Street is hands down not only the best in Boston, but in my opinion by far the best in the entire Title franchise.

Just started this. They have a number of membership options. Classes can be booked from the Title Boxing app. The instructors are great. You gotta be there on time though. Even if you are a minute late, you won't be allowed for the class.

The so called COO named Cam is extremely unprofessional, lacks business etiquette, and should not be a part of the Title Family. I've had a nationwide access membership for about 5 years now, and never had any location turn me down. I arrive 15 min prior to class since it's my first time trying this location. I scan in and sit on the bench. Cam, who was doing mit work in the ring, quickly stops and tells the lady at the front desk to check my membership. She comes over and tells me I cannot use this location. I said I was under the impression that my nationwide pass is good everywhere, and Cam shouts from the ring "not here or Manahattan". I was like well I didn't know and I already paid for parking, so can I just take the class this one time. The lady said drop in class is $35. So a 5 year member with nationwide access cannot use your location once, but non-members can get their 1st class free? This incident clearly exemplifies the unprofessionalism of this so called COO named Cam. Basic customer service etiquette is to say "unfortunately this location is not part of the nationwide pass, but since you're already here and paid for parking you can use our location this one time." I will highly recommend for corporate to pay a visit to this location and teach this Cam character basic business etiquette and customer service! I'll always be a Title advocate, but will never recommend this location to anyone based on this incident.

This title boxing's front desk has really bad attitude, and it's policy doesn't make sense at all. First of all I was trying to call them because I want to try a class, and the person who pick up phone was totally acting like she doesn't want me to join them. Then I was using ClassPass to take a class with them and I was 2mins late, and they wouldn't allow me to take the class. They just started doing warm up and I was totally able to join the class.I was a membership in the Norwood's title boxing and this never happened before. More importantly, it's ok if I don't take the class but the staff at front desk was so mean and had a really shity attitude. Wouldn't go back again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - we went there as classpass costumers and they asked for $40 dollars in order to buy a pair of gloves. Because we tried a class with them more than a year ago they wouldn't lend us the necessary equipment. I think this fee is INCREDIBLY high; it is half the subscription with classpass, so I don't understand what the "deal" is. PLUSSSS they marked us as if we missed the class and then got charged $20 by classpass due to their missed class cancelation fee.

I use boxing as a method for cross training for two different things: distance running and professional drumming. I've been a runner for close to a decade, and I often get bored with cross training. The interactive classes provide fun work outs that aren't just doing some guided course at the gym that I'll take twice and never return to. As for drumming, I've been a professional drummer for close to 15 years now, and been playing for just about 25. Boxing is massively beneficial for my speed and endurance, as well as keeping other muscle groups active that I would not otherwise engage.

First time boxing. Good workout. Front desk staff rude. If your new, be sure to register online before getting there otherwise they catch an attitude with you. Really tarnished my experience.

It's such a good change of pace from the typical running/lifting/body weight workouts I was used to and truly provides an intense, full-body workout that keeps me coming back for more. While it's a little intimidating at first, the other people and trainers are friendly and knowledgeable while providing enough active encouragement to push yourself.

Caution before joining ... They won't let a member participate in class even if running a couple minutes late even when there are open bags. I have an unpredictable work schedule and look forward to coming here to destress after work..... travel 45 minutes on the subway just to take these classes... very infuriating to be told no, and that I'm not allowed to jump in the class when I am a paying member and am just 5 minutes late, especially after a long and challenging day at work. I've been to several other Title Boxing Clubs all over the US, and this is the only club that has a late policy like this. I've been coming to this location since it opened and they just now started enforcing this new ridiculous late policy last week. I understand if I'm late and there are no open bags, but it makes no sense if there are plenty of spots left.
