Tone And Muscle is a body transformation coaching business designed for those who want to build muscle, drop fat, and improve their daily energy levels.
Operating both virtually and with in-person sessions, clients also receive customized workouts to complete independently through the Tone And Muscle app.

With 15 years of personal training experience, owner Patrick Doherty takes into account your schedule, fitness experience, previous injuries and food preferences so that you can operate from a place of sustainability.

Everyone is welcome to take advantage of a free consultation call so that we can determine the best course of action for you to meet your health goals.

What's best about the videos is how much more informed I am about calorie intake vs. types of food to eat. I came to see Pat after many years of inactivity and sitting at a desk 10 hours a day. It was really hard to get out of my rut and start moving again. Pat is the man! So here's another 5 star review for this guy. Background, I'm a 57 year old guy, relatively healthy but not in shape and was heading in a bad direction with weight and fitness. Essentially I was soft, pudgy, and weak older guy who looked ok for his age but it was only going to get worse over time. People around my age know how it is. I found Pat on the Facebooks and I began on a path. He is approachable, cares genuinely about his clients, will work with any limitations you may have, and wants you to be completely satisfied with your results. After 8 months, it's been a total transformation and I couldn't be happier with. I recommend him to anyone who has decided and is ready to commit to elevating their fitness.

Working with Pat legit changed my outlook on life. Going into the program I was 'skinny fat' and my goal was to 'get jacked'. Well, 9 months later, I am pretty jacked! With my newfound diet/jackedness I move through the world with more confidence and happiness.

Pat starts by asking you why you want to do this and making sure you are ready to commit to the program. He truly only wants to work with folks who are ready to make a change and put in the work (which was refreshing, he wasn't just trying to sell me a course or quick fix, which much of the coaching/fitness space seems to be these days).

We started with food - I struggled with late night eating (still kinda do, but 95% improvement over when I started w pat - now I have late night watermelon instead of late night quesadillas) - I lost a good amount of fat, even had to take some pants in to get the waist taken in (that felt pretty good).

Pat tailored the program specifically to me (both workouts and food) and met with me frequently (and always responded quickly to my many questions/messages in his workout app).

Tone and Muscle: A Life-Changing Discovery!

I stumbled upon Tone and Muscle at a crucial point in my life. Approaching my 35th birthday, I found myself at an all-time high on the scale, carrying an excess of 70-80 pounds. Pat, with his profound understanding of nutrition, constantly evolving workout routines, and expertise in guiding individuals toward lasting transformation, became my fitness beacon.

My husband and I have been working with Patrick for about 3 years. As a woman in her 40s, my biggest challenge was establishing a routine & actually challenging myself. It took about a year for me to start pushing myself with weights and it finally clicked.
I have never struggled with weight until the pandemic. I found myself 25 lbs heavier than I had ever been and I was unhappy with the changes in metabolism.

Pat helped me out tremendously with my back and leg pain. I had sciatic pain down my left leg and I saw a chiropractor every week, and eventually got an epidural shot. My next move was to get surgery since nothing was working. Pat advised me to try out some of his exercises in the gym first. Within weeks my pain was gone and I felt back to normal. I met Pat when I was 75 pounds overweight and heading towards a second back surgery. With his help I’ve lost 75 pounds, gained a tremendous amount of muscle, and have zero back pain. I learned that I can still have four herniated discs and build around them so they cause me no pain. I lifted weights my whole life, but have never been as well-rounded in my strength as I am now.
