Nick combines expertise and genuine interest not only in fitness training but in physiology in general which makes him an especially thoughtful trainer.
As someone in my 70s, I am focused on strength training to forestall osteoporosis and to address miscellaneous aches and pains. Nick is always insightful, and he pushes/encourages without being overly demanding or judgmental. I have improved markedly over the roughly 8 months we have worked together, and look forward to further progress.

I had the pleasure of training with Nick for over a year. He taught me so much and was so knowledgeable in not only building and refreshing workouts but, the true body physiology behind it all. He had his hands full with my many injury prone areas like knees, shoulders and elbows. He’s adept in teaching safe movements and making it all make sense. Kept me motivated and from getting hurt! 💪

Nick was my personal trainer when all else failed for my bad back. I tried shots, the chiropractor and physical therapists! Nick’s workouts were varied and focused on smaller muscle groups. My back felt better after a few months of work with Nick than it had in two years!!

I’ve had the privilege of working with, and did my undergraduate studies with Nick of Tough Body Fitness. One of the most knowledgeable individuals that you will ever meet. The depths of knowledge Nick has in the field of exercise science is outstanding, and has me believing that if other experts and professionals had the same drive and knowledge that he does in his field, the world would look a little different 👏. He has helped me perfect my own training, and made me realize my own passion for the field of exercise science. I would highly recommend working with Nick and TBF if you are someone who wants to have a no nonsense approach to your exercise and journey into a healthier lifestyle.
