It takes a very special trainer to help me, a 60 year old woman, through ankle fusion, knee replacement, and the attendant recoveries in the middle of a pandemic, and have her come out the other side stronger and feeling better than I have in years. The level of thought, knowledge, care, attention to one's personal situation, and just plain good humor and fun that Peter brings to his clients can not be overstated.

Edited to add: now he's getting me through shoulder surgery--the surgeon commented that I am lucky because I have minimal to no atrophy in my arm, which is very positive for the outcome.. Even if I am now fully bionic, I still owe my continuing improvements in strength and flexibility to Pete.

I was reaching my mid-20s and was noticing I was bit sluggish and over weight so i decided to get into contact with Pete he responded immediately and got me in for a consultation within 2 days we agreed to a schedule and got me training with Tim within a week and the rest is history I been training with both of them for almost 1 year and I feel excellent!! I highly recommend Train with Pete to anyone who is looking for an experienced, expert and caring personal trainer. Pete listens to each client’s goals and designs a workout routine that enables them to achieve results while also taking individual limitations into account. Pete has been my trainer for three years. I have had a history of being inconsistent with exercising and getting to the gym, but have enjoyed the personalized routine and goals set up by Pete and Tim.
I have been working out with them for several months and value the variety of exercises that keep me excited about going to the gym. I appreciate the work outs that are tailored to my needs that focus on strength, endurance and mobility.
In addition, Pete and Tim are thoughtful, fun, and engaging throughout the process. It's like working out with a trusted friend. I appreciate the extra push to excel beyond the limits I have never reached when working out solo.

I highly recommend Train with Pete. I get a custom workout tailored to my specific goals every week. I feel much stronger both mentally and physically after working with Pete for only six months. His workout studio is clean and well equipped. While you might get these same elements elsewhere, I have worked with several personal trainers in the past and have never enjoyed a workout more while still being skillfully supported to make huge gains to meet my fitness goals. Pete is both hilarious and kind, do yourself a favor and book a workout with him today. My shins have never looked so good!

Pete is a thoughtful and intelligent trainer, and overall great guy. When I first came to Pete, I had some athletic experience comprised mostly of high school sports and commonly known work outs (curls, bench, squats, etc). After working out with Pete, he expanded my understanding of the bodies muscle groups and equipped me with 2-3 (at minimum) workouts per muscle group. For the first time in my adult life I’ve found ways to attain lean muscle and I feel great! Overall, I’m incredibly thankful for his help, and I’ll continue to use Pete for all of my workout needs.

As someone quickly approaching 70, I found my stamina and strength diminishing more and more. I've never been one for exercising...EVER. I've been working with Pete for four months on a whim and it's amazing to see that his great attention detail in creating an effective online workout program for me has paid off. Pete knows how to push and praise at the same time adjusting the workouts to keep things interesting and effective. I'm actually enjoying the workouts and my strength and stamina have noticeably increased. I'd recommend his business to anyone of any age.

I had always wanted to take boxing lessons generally to get in shape, but after training with Pete it became a staple in my conditioning training.
