Joining Jen and the Training Ground community has been one of the best things I've done for myself this past year! I've become stronger, more confident, and had lots of fun along the way. Starting with Jen over a year ago has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. Not only am I stronger, but I am more confident in my body. The workouts Jen develops challenge and pushes you do to things you didn't think were possible. Think pull ups! To top it off, the community she has built couldn't be more supportive and welcoming.

I’m so happy to have found Jen and Training Ground! From the moment I walked in Jen was welcoming, encouraging and guided me through. The community she is building is amazing, supportive and special to be a part of. I feel myself getting stronger with every session and am always looking forward to the next. Jen’s personalized approached even in small group classes goes to show how dedicated and knowledgeable she is as a trainer. The space is fun, bright, clean and has a great range of equipment. Before joining, I had never done heavy weight or strength training—but what a difference Training Ground and Jen have made! Jen is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly customizes workouts to challenge and push you in the best way. Jen is an excellent instructor! She knows how and when to push each client to achieve and surpass goals and also when to modify a routine to meet her clients’ needs. It has been great to find a place I can get excellent personal training in a small group setting with individuals with similar goals! If I could give Jenn and Training Ground 100+ stars I would! As someone who had never worked out with a trainer before, I was incredibly nervous. The first time I met Jenn, I felt completely comfortable! It is clear that she cares deeply about her clients’ success. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and so much fun to be around. In a very personal approach, she challenges all of us- ensuring we are getting the best workout in each day. Her expertise in fitness and nutrition have helped me set realistic goals and stay motivated.

Her facility is clean, organized, and she never repeats the same thing twice! I love the community that she has created and I have met so many wonderful friends because of her. I am slowly becoming the best version of myself and I have never felt better physically. So grateful to have come across Jenn and Training Ground!

I was extremely nervous the first time I went to my session with Jen, as I had never really lifted heavy weights before. But Jen instantly connected and immediately made it approachable, enjoyable, safe and fun. I was hooked! I’ve been seeing Jen for almost 2 years. In addition to the adult program, the teen program is also wonderful for strength building, confidence building, and endurance. My kids love Jen and the workouts!

I have been working out at Training Ground since July and I am thrilled that I found it! Jen is positive and kind and she not only carefully demonstrates each exercise, but also explains *why* she has included it into the workout. I have intermittent back issues and she's very good about giving me modifications if I need them. The space is great, and the other women in the classes are really nice -- it's such a positive, fun, and non-judgmental atmosphere. I'm getting a great workouts (they can be tough -- in a good way!), and I can feel myself progressing week after week. Most importantly for me is that there are a ton of options for time slots, and with my unpredictable schedule, I can always find something that works, and schedule classes right from my phone on Mindbody -- without that, I wouldn't be working out at all!
