Kerry, one of the instructors got me hooked on spin. Her classes and support have gotten me through the hardest days over the last year and have pushed me to new strength I didn’t know I had! She has the best playlists, moral, and no judgement zone (which is important now a days) she is a bright light, person I look up too, and has drastically helped transform my mindset and body!!

I’ve been to many spin studios and have many times felt overwhelmed and felt like I didn’t belong or wasn’t good enough. Tread is by far the besttt spin studio I’ve ever been to! It is so incredibly welcoming and the staff is soo so kind. From Sharon at the front desk, to Lori the owner, and Kerry my favoritee spin instructor, everyone is so genuine. Kerry’s playlists are the absolute best, she always has a song for everyone in the room. Kerry makes everyone feel comfortable and confident no matter your spin level. She’s the perfect mix of motivating yet non judgmental which actually motivates you even more. Can’t say enough good things about Kerry & Tread.

Tread has been apart of my life for a few years now and I am so thankful for it! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Kerry is an incredible teacher. She is so passionate and genuine about her work and it really shows. She wants the best for all her riders and you can see how much of a positive impact she has on everyone when they finish her classes. Highly reccommend Kerry she is the best!

Spin instructor Kerry O’Connor is the ABSOLUTE best! Her classes are fun, engaging, and you always leave feeling great! I’ve always been active, but after having my first baby I was having trouble getting used to my new post partum body and didn’t know where to begin with working out again. Kerry suggested I take a spin class and I was nervous, but she made me feel SO comfortable and confident! Kerry is so positive and caring to each of her spin students. Take a class with her and you will be hooked! Tread is such a welcoming and warm community to be a part of!

The tread on east community is something like no other. Kerry welcomes all of her members with warm and open arms and will help with anything you need to feel comfortable during your workout. She celebrates small and big wins inside and outside the spin room. 10/10 recommend.

There are many classes outside of spin that allowed me to workout and stay in shape while pregnant. The instructors at Tread on the mill modified all exercises for me and kept me going!

LOVE Tread - I've been to multiple classes and each instructor has the same awesome energy. I had never taken a spin class before going to Tread and you can easily go on your own pace as you get more comfortable on the bike. Would highly recommend the tread and shred classes!
