The Wilmington location is small but mighty. Bright lights, great music, amazing equipment, cheap monthly payment, clean, and always someone at the front desk 24hrs. I’ve tried so many ways to cancel my membership and they still charge me (it’s been ONE YEAR trying to cancel it)! First I called and they told me I needed to go in person. I went there and they told me the manager wasn’t there but that I only needed to leave all my information and I would be all set. Months after, I checked my bank statement and I still get charged - Even the anual fee. I called them one more time, and was told they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there again. Worst customer service ever! They just don’t care! Guess I’ll have to cancel to my card in order to be able to cancel the membership.

They are recycled machines from other gyms, they don't even maintain them. Today I almost broke my head doing cable triceps. The machine became unmoored. almost and a fatal accident happens.

I just signed up recently because I wanted to work out with a person trainer. The gym is nice but some of the equipment are ripped off, the yoga mats are falling a part and it looks really dirty, some of the machine needs some oil, the shower in the ladies room are disgusting, all of them, it needs to be cleaned. The plan was to shower at the gym before going to work but I rather shower at home and get to work late. Not only I had to pay for the first and last month but after 90 days I have to pay the maintenance fee but the gym is not really maintained.

I have been going to this gym since it opened and they always seem to have more room for improvement every month. Everyone in the gym is extremely friendly and everyone is welcoming including the staff members. Paulo, Frank, and Sandra have been extremely friendly with me and very helpful when figuring out how a new machine works when they have something unique. I don't have a personal trainer but every trainer that I met is extremely nice and it is always a pleasant time when having a conversation with them about the gym. The gym is very spacious, even during peak hours. I don't have much of a worry since there are many machines to use. I have no regrets about signing up for this gym and meeting new friends along the way through my fitness journey.

A bunch of broken machines, management does not care about fixing it or keeping up with broken equipment, a bunch of high school kids playing around and people that clearly just started lifting yesterday recording themselves with tripods everywhere. Best gym in the country!! I’ve been to gyms in NY, Miami, LA and nothing compares. Ultraflex is the best gym I have ever been to. This gym is the reason I can’t leave MA. They have a sauna, posing room, separate room dedicated to legs, every chest, shoulder, and back machine you can think of & it’s two levels. The dumbbells go up extremely high as well.
