This gym is awesome, worker at the front Diego is super chill but still really helpful every time I come into Ultraflex. He’s the type of front desk employee who never makes things complicated and always treats people with respect. He lets me use the fridge whenever I need it, which sounds small, but it honestly makes a huge difference when you’re trying to stay consistent with your gym just overall brings a good vibe to the gym. I love this franchise I highly recommend stopping in a checking out the gym great hours for a great price. Tons of new equipment in both locations which are being updated all the time. Stop in tell them Mike sent you try out a day pass you won't regret it.

Gym is good, I had to pause my account I was told I can pause for a year fast forward to today I had to pay 553 to debt collectors because they been charging me. Update Nov. 5th/2025 the gym was able to help out and fix the issue that happened. Great customer service, would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

Ultraflex Wilmington is first-class. The equipment is top notch, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere pushes you to level up. The people here make it even better. Nick at the front desk is always friendly and sets a great tone the second you walk in. Easily the best gym around.

I hate to say it because I loved this gym, but ever since the ownership changed this place has tanked. Let's talk about the flies that seem to occupy every piece of equipment. Relentless. Then there's the cleanliness or lack thereof. Spilled protein all over the floors, spider webs occupying every corner (surprised the spiders haven't been able to catch all the flies), layers of dust under the dumbbell rack. Then there's the numerous pieces of broken equipment. This all seemed to have happened since ownership changed. Was hoping it would improve but nothing. Then you have to play hopscotch to avoid all the tripod set.up by guys flexing on the floor with their shirts off. Finally had enough. Sad to say but had to finally cancel my membership. Clean this place up guys and fix the equipment. Maybe have a no tripod rule on the floor and make it a policy that clothing should stay on while on the gym floor. Just a thought.

Expensive but worth it, no broccoli 🥦 👦 heads here. Smaller gym but top of the line/ new equipment. Not just basic pull down bars either, Leg variation machines for days and great hours. Would recommend

I’m definitely amongst the most out of shape gym goers who come to ultra flex but it’s motivation honestly 😅. Amazing equipment, members who are clearly knees deep in their fitness/body building journey and clean bathrooms (with free sanitary products!!!)

I enjoy the 24/7 Monday - Thursday aspect because sometimes I want to pig out on McDonald’s but instead I go hit the gym.

I joined 12/24 when diagnosed with neuropathy :( I’m on a mission to stop the progression and prioritize my health and Ultraflex is the place to do it.

I also appreciate the 50% off membership as a first responder.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s only been six weeks and I’m already hitting lifetime personal records in all of my lifts. It is a welcoming and motivating place whether you are extremely strong or a complete beginner. The members and staff are all friendly and supportive. The equipment is all top notch as well.

Incredible facility, outstanding equipment buttery smooth and great environment. This place is small but mighty. Easily the best equipment I have ever seen/ used in Massachusetts. Monthly payment is really cheap as well and staff is amazing. Open 24 hours 4 days a week. You need this gym to get yoked.

Dropped in with my cousin today to check it out. Having trained in gyms from coast to coast and Ultraflex is among the very best I've ever been to. They've captured a very unique blend of 90's style, serious bodybuilding vibes, yet with 100% modern innovation. ANY serious enthusiast will feel like we did; kids at an amusement park. Often times, certain gyms are good for CERTAIN bodyparts. NOT this place- doesn't matter WHAT you are training that day, you will get an unbelievable workout. Relit our fire for training. Excellent hospitality, super friendly staff & great swag. Can't say enough good things! THANKS, Mike & staff for Ibringing this place to the community!! I wish you many years of success to come! Fantastic hours, almost 247/365. Good location, near 93, Target, and a bunch of other retail shops. Beautifully expensive equipment that you can't find in most local gyms and they will be capping membership to keep it from getting too busy.
