I cannot recommend Dom enough! Not only does he create a plan specific to you, he also goes through the workout to show you how to do it and where exactly you should be working. Super knowledgeable and always available if you have a question (or a nice food photo). 12/10; would recommend.

I've been working out with Dom since the Winter of 2019. Facing a 60th birthday and planning a challenging pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago in Spain I realized that the only way to maintain my health as I aged was to take my fitness more seriously. Through continuous assessment and careful adjustment of my workouts Dom has guided me through improving my overall strength and conditioning, and has also been adept in targeting exercises to rehabilitate past injuries. I was able to successfully hike The Camino this May as I had hoped, and everyday activities of life from climbing stairs to lifting heavy items or simply getting out of a chair have gotten easier. I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend Dom as a trainer. If you are able to be honest with yourself, clear about your goals, and are willing to invest the time, Dom will be your best ally in building your overall fitness.

I’m a 66-year-old who has trained with Dom for many years. When I started training with Dom, he honestly assessed my fitness and conditioning level, and spent time with me to get a clear understanding of my specific goals and objectives to be achieved through personal training. Only then, did he carefully but together an individualized plan to help me reach those goals. This plan is documented by him from session to session. I now train with him 3 times a week. There’s no question that carving that hour out with him benefits me both physically and mentally.
My primary goal is to feel better physically and mentally. Specifically, I want to be stronger and have more endurance and agility. He has taught me the importance of stretching before our work-outs, while schooling me on the best stretches for me and how to do them properly. Whether its exercises using my body weight, working with bands, the machines, working with weights, he always demonstrates each exercise, relates the purpose of the exercise and what muscle group is targeted and always emphasizes the importance of doing each exercise with perfect, consistent form, from rep to rep. He closely monitors every rep, to insure maximum benefit to the muscle group being worked and most important the avoidance of injury.
He’s not one of those trainers that go through the motions, praising your performance when it’s unwarranted. He’s invested in helping you to achieve your workout goals and expects your full attention and focus.
My constant comment to my family and friends about training with Dom is that I would not be in the shape I am today without his guidance. I can honestly say that there’s never a time after a workout when I wasn’t happy that I invested the hour working out.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Domenic is your guy. He adapts his workouts to align with your personal goals. Within a short period of time, I lost over 30 pounds and I was doing exercises I never thought I’d do again. As with any program targeting weight loss, there comes a time where you hit a wall. Domenic’s knowledge of nutrition helped me break through that wall and eventually meet my goals. He teaches you the proper techniques and how the slightest change in motion can work different muscles. Domenic is a great listener and motivator. Intimidated by gyms? Don’t be…he will make you feel comfortable and teach you everything you need to know. Lifelong gym rat needing to get to the next level? Once again, Domenic is your guy. I’d highly recommend!

Have been working with Dom for nearly 3 years. During this time I’ve learned an incredible amount, and found a passion for lifting and exercise that I didn’t know I had! Dom’s enthusiasm and patience are incredible for learning correct form, making progress, and avoiding injury. Dom is an exceptional trainer! He is professional, personable, and passionate about the work he does. He is well educated and takes the time to get to know his clients and meet all of their needs physically and mentally. He checks in on his clients and holds them accountable, which is why after the 5 months I trained with him I met my goals and was overall a better and stronger person. I truly couldn’t have succeeded without his support and dedication. I would 10/10 recommend Dom to anybody who is looking to live a better and healthier lifestyle.
