I've belonged to multiple gyms during the past 40 years. This is a really nice unpretentious, down to earth gym to work out at. Great selection of cardio and weight lifting equipment. New owner, Jay, is extremely helpful. Very unusual for a gym owner to provide helpful workout tips and techniques. The clientele of this gym is from all different ages and fitness levels. Very friendly and willing to help out if you need a spotter or have a question. Gym is kept really clean. Men's locker room is always clean and nice lockers to store your stuff in while you work out. WiFi has always been reliable for streaming music while I work out. Love the 24/7 access.

Recently moved from the west coast. Searched awhile to find a gym with classes. I’m very pleased with the variety of classes offered. Instructors are very personable. I have met many nice ladies at the gym very welcoming atmosphere.

I had a family membership at USA fitness that I had to pause a few months ago. I absolutely loved working out in the main gym and loved the privacy in the ladies only gym. I attended a variety of group fitness classes that were challenging helping me reach my fitness goals! I cant wait to hopefully visit USA again and get back on track!!

The staff (currently under new management) are amazing. They are supportive of all members of various fitness levels and really make this a home away from home. The equipment is always clean and the staff takes members concerns and needs into consideration. Even the members are uplifting and kind. My wife and I have experienced nothing but amazing things here.

I have been coming here regularly for half a dozen years now. I love the vibe of this gym. The owners have created a friendly atmosphere where people of all ages can come and feel comfortable day or night. It's always clean and the ability to work out 24/7 with my swipe card is a huge plus since I work odd hours.

Such a great place! I am new to working out and I feel right at home here. The other members are helpful and respectful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been a member since 2014 at this location. I’ve seen many changes over the years. It’s been home away from home for me. Aside from the fact is has every piece of equipment I need and the customer clientele has become pretty close to family, being under new ownership (previous members themselves, a local firefighter and his family), many are already seeing and feeling a much needed change/ improvement to the vibe of this place!

Gym was recently purchased by a local firefighter. The patrons at this gym overall are great to workout with and respectful. The equipment is in good working order and there’s plenty of it to accommodate whatever your workout goals are. Looking forward to the new ideas the new owner will implement. I supported this gym even through COVID because they were small and family owned and gave me a Veterans discount, and I like to support any business that supports Veterans. But they've raised the cost of my membership, twice now, without notice, and eliminated the discount for Vets. And charging someone two more times after canceling is ridiculous. I'm not paying $40 per month for a dirty gym that jacks up costs without telling their members. I drove further and paid more to come here but enough is enough.

When I started to go to USA fitness, the experience was not enjoyable. I am somewhat of a clean freak and no one, even in a pandemic, would take the time to wash down the equipment. I turned to anytime fitness and could not have been happier. The thing that really got my goat was when I tried canceling at USA fitness. At first they tell you that it’s fine, your membership will be canceled. Then expect the person to be to naive to check their bank statements. I went right back in and argued with the owner whom is just as bitter and unreasonable as everyone else has described him. Management and staff are atrocious and they are money grabbing thieves

I will never recommend this gym to anyone. I went in to cancel my membership, was told it was no problem at all, only to find I had continued being charged three months after the day I cancelled. When I called to correct the mistake and request a reimbursement for the 3 months I was charged, the manager I spoke with was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. He refused to take responsibility for the mistake and blamed the owner of the now closed gym I was transferred from, even offered to give me her cell phone number to call to complain to her. I never saw a penny from them and had to call my bank to cancel my card. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this gym. From small business owner to small business owner: take responsibility when mistakes are made and make it right. The facilities are fine, I would have considered joining in the future if I wasn’t treated so poorly.

I'm an active duty Marine who was on leave for a week and looking for a gym. I was told I could work out for free for the week, but when the owner was present I was treated rudely and blamed for a miscommunication that happened between management in regards to the week pass. Poor leadership and confrontational attitude. Would not recommend.

This is the best gym second only to their wareham womens only location.I love how clean it is!! The keylessentry its available 24/7 which is great for my crazy schedule. All of the trainers are Amazing!!! The classes are so much fun. I'm obsessed with my gyms!!

Great gym, been going for a few years now and seen this spot turn around for the better. The location is easy to find right off Route 28 In Falmouth, MA.
The owners are both super friendly and invested in their gym and it’s members, the gym is always clean and they are constantly replacing and improving the gym and it’s equipment. One of the best parts is USA is 24 hours, so if you work a weird schedule you can still fit a workout in. They also offer a range of different classes and personal training/ diet and meal prep to help you reach your fitness goals.

Love the big treadmills for when I can run-sturdy! People are very friendly and helpful too, Darren & Debbie are knowledgeable. I would love the closed-captioning on the TVs to be larger so I can read it from the back, since I like to be free of most technology when working out.
