More than a gym, USA Fitness for Women is a women’s only fitness center conveniently located in the heart of Wareham Crossing, Massachusetts.
With over 40 group classes and personal training, the facility has become the go-to sanctuary for local fitness-loving ladies.
Additional amenities include showers, hydro-massage, infrared sauna, and tanning. All included with the membership.

This is the best gym!! I love how clean it is!! The keyless entry, the infarred sauna is amazing!! All of the trainers are Amazing!!! The classes are so much fun. I'm obsessed with my gym!!!

I love USA Fitness for Women!! They have an awesome and varied class selection, 24/7 access which is a real plus, knowledgeable and friendly trainers and staff, and it’s kept clean. I am so glad that I decided to join USA Fitness ~ I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to workout!!👍💪

Trainer Kim was terrific took me for a tour explained the classes and gym part of the place and the prices ! I didn't feel rushed it was nice. Everyone who worked there the day I went in was very nice very welcoming everyone said hi as they pasted us even members were stopping to say hi to both of us on our tour. This place is very very clean!
