When I first reached out to Jamari, I was struggling to find the discipline and motivation to get back into it on my own. Jamari got me in for an evaluation right away and put together a custom program that perfectly aligned with my goals.
Jamari is the best! He will guide you through every workout, and push you just enough to keep you growing.

I cannot begin to express how enthusiastically I recommend Jamari! Before I started training with him, I thought I’d never exercise again- it always felt like a chore. Now, I actually look forward to my sessions because he makes working out enjoyable and he treats his clients as though they are his top priority. He is patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and humble and his prices are beyond reasonable. I cannot imagine a better personal trainer!

I highly reccomended Jamari for anyone who is looking for a Trainer who is patient, professional, organized, and faith-based.
I met Jamari through Facebook when I posted on someone’s status about looking for a Trainer. He DM’ed me and followed up about what my goals were.
I wanted to build muscle, learn about how to be independent in the gym, and get some help and direction with my nutrition.
I felt confused and blind in the gym alone. I would work out and not know what I was doing and if I was making any progress.
Jamari helped me understand the basics/foundation of fitness and he helped me realize the importance of tracking my progress (with workouts and meals).
I learned that the reason I was not making progress was because I was not tracking it, and I didn’t know you needed to take in a certain amount of protein to make progress.
He walked me through a progressive plan that was simple to understand. The areas my brain didn’t register, he broke it down in a way where I had many “ah ha” moments.
I am super grateful for what he taught me and the fact that he will continue to help you out even if you take a step back from workouts.
I rarely saw him without a client and I loved the fact that he will also let you bring your kids to the gym and work out with you, your friends, and/or family.
He is very dedicated, very genuine, and loves to learn and have great conversations with you during your workouts.
He won’t just talk with you about your fitness and nutrition goals but he takes a holistic perspective and tries to understand what emotional state you are walking into the gym with so he knows how to engage with you.
If you are thinking about booking him, DO IT! The cool part is that his first session is always free! That’s a win/win if you ask me!
