I love this place! The owner is amazing: welcoming, energetic and helpful. The environment is open and welcoming (too busy with routines to be anything but focused on what you are doing) and the workouts are strenuous and strengthening. I love how you can set your own pace, as needed. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Vitality kickboxing is awesome! I love how it has a consistent flow to the class but at the same time it is constantly changing the moves each class so it never gets to be a boring routine. It is definitely helping me get in shape. I love how they say it is at your own pace which it is but the instructors and other people in the class are so awesome at giving you the motivation to pick up your pace so you are constantly improving. Each class kicks my butt and I always leave feeling great when class is over. Sweaty but great like Yeah, I just did that look at me go! If you haven't checked it out you should just go ahead and commit to scheduling a session now! You won't be disappointed, I know my daughter and I weren't. We both signed up the same day we had our first session, before we even walked out the door and I bet you do too cuz it's just that awesome!

Vitality Kickboxing is amazing! After taking years off following surgery, I was searching for a local gym, and the moment I walked into Vitality, I felt completely welcomed. The staff is incredibly encouraging and works patiently with you to help you reach your goals. There's no pressure just genuine support. Everyone at the gym is kind, and from the moment you step through the door, you’re treated like family. I highly recommend Vitality Kickboxing to anyone looking for a positive, motivating environment!

Vitality Kickboxing has become more than just a workout for me, its being able to call all the people my amazing friends! The workout alone is amazing, but the people make it 100 times more fun! I had shoulder surgery over a year ago and have had a frozen shoulder that I've struggled with. Kickboxing has improved my shoulder mobility soo much! It truly is a full body workout, that I look forward to going to every week! You can walk in and have never kickboxed before or have been doing it for 15 years and you are welcomed and able to learn no matter your skill! It truly is so fun and I recommend it to everyone to at least try, you won't be disappointed!

Vitality Kickboxing seriously has the best group of women and men that you will ever meet. The coaches are so thorough, and they take the time to teach you proper form and technique. I love the fun "challenges" we do, and I love that we celebrate everyone's' class milestones! And the partner workouts towards the end of class are awesome! 👏 It's truly so motivating having the community rooting for you! ☺️

Vitality kickboxing is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so welcoming and so are all the members. The best part is if you've never done kickboxing before you're safe!! The coaches help you as you go and show you how to work on proper form and they don't push you to keep up. I have LOVED my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a different workout from a standard gym that's still fast paced and strengthing. You'll be so happy you joined!

I can’t say enough great things about Vitality Kickboxing Gym! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a vibrant atmosphere. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure you understand the techniques, no matter your skill level.
The workouts are intense but so rewarding! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance since joining. The classes are well-structured, keeping you engaged and motivated throughout. Plus, the community vibe is fantastic—everyone is supportive, making it a fun and encouraging place to train.
The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great layout that fosters an energetic environment. I always leave feeling accomplished and empowered.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE VITALITY!! The workouts are always different so your body doesn’t get used to a stagnant routine. Lindsey is an AMAZING coach! She is patient, kind, attentive (the list goes on). For new people the moves are broken down to better understand what to do and eventually it will become second nature. Each day you go in, you leave feeling stronger.
