I cannot say enough amazing things about Nate and Warrior Fitness. I worked out with Nate for over 5 years from the time he opened the gym in Malden until I moved out of the local area. Over those 5 years Nate wasn’t just my trainer he also became my friend and the gym by extension my family. Warrior Fitness is the kind of place that is welcoming for everyone, we work hard, we laugh, we have fun, we get in shape but we also feel supported, welcomed and cared for. Over my time there I had multiple personal surgeries including a very big knee surgery and as soon as I was ready to get back to the gym, Nate was ready for me with alternative workouts and support to get me back to my pre surgery level. Nate is also an amazing trainer for youth athletes, my teenage son who played varsity soccer also worked out with Nate for multiple years and had an amazing experience. If I hadn’t moved I would still be working out with Nate 4-5 days a week. Try this gym, you will feel supported and your body will get stronger!

One of the best spots to get fit, grow, gain community, and sweat it out year round in the Boston area!!! I spent last fall with Nate coaching 1 on 1 and it was easily the smartest investment for my body and my mentality. He isn’t in it for quick ways to get big or fast ways to drop those extra lbs; He truly makes an effort to unravel your goals and understand your lifestyle to set you up for longevity and long term success! If you’re looking for a gym/personal trainer with compassion, work ethic, and strong moral, he’s the only one i trust to recommend!

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Nate, something I’ve seen over the past four summers, is his genuine desire for clients to take home what they learn. He equips you with the tools to continue improving, whether it’s through specific exercises, weekly training loads, or general nutrition advice. His care and attention to detail are evident in the way no question goes unanswered.
Nate is also highly versatile, working effectively with both individuals looking to build better lifestyle habits and athletes seeking sport-specific training to perform at their best.
I have personally seen great results as I worked with Nate for the past several summers before each season. This has included muscle growth, injury prevention/rehab, speed work and conditioning, which he planned specifically for my personal needs.
I cherish all the early morning lifts and conversations we have shared together, even when some days were a grind to get through. His contagious positive attitude will always be pushing you to keep going and I am extremely thankful he has been a part of my journey. I know his goal is to keep helping and coaching everyone the same way he has done for me.

Fantastic 6am strength class! Not your traditional strength class but more like small group personal training. Nate’s workouts are challenging. the workouts are always different and the atmosphere is relaxed and nonjudgmental.

Been going to Warrior for probably two years now, going to the morning sessions. I was never a group work-out person, but when some friends started going to him and I saw the workouts, I figured I would give it a shot. One of the best decisions I made, as I was on and off going to the gym since college. His core focused mindset and all body sessions leave me sore and tired, but does not take 1.5 hours out of my day. There is a good amount of variability with different workouts daily, that change monthly. Community is awesome as well, as it is a good vibe with lots of similar work out mindset individuals.

I’ve been training here since April 2022 and can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life at 41 and I’m still having a great time doing it. Nate is the kind of trainer you actually want to work with: not a bro, super knowledgeable, goal-oriented, and fun to be around. He even eats the treats I bring him (proof he’s a real one - carbs are not the enemy!).
As a former athlete turned party-pace, 100-miles-a-week endurance cyclist, I came in wanting to build strength and improve mobility and Nate’s been amazing at tailoring workouts to exactly what I need. He keeps things challenging, never boring, and always meets me where I’m at.
Could not recommend Warrior Fitness more! Let’s gooo!

I have been going to Warrior Fitness for about 4 years now for the 6 AM morning workouts. As a veteran I look for early morning workout opportunities and for complex exercises and events to help stay fit, active, and agile. Nate's workouts at Warrior Fitness hit all those criteria. He also factors in the individual and group fitness objectives to refine workouts throughout each month that help us achieve our objectives.
