About the Club

WellBeing Fitness is led by creator and owner Scott Cassa. A fitness trainer for over eighteen years, Scott has developed a whole life model for programming that can assist anyone in building a lifestyle fueled by good health, and aim high for personal achievements. Each client is viewed as an individual; with individual goals, interests, health histories, and fitness levels. This approach is key to maximizing long-term success with lifelong results.

Achieving physical goals and long-lasting health becomes the roadmap to a future where anything is possible. Strength training, yoga, weight management, cardiovascular health, post-injury training, sports-specific training, mindfulness, nutrition coaching, and corporate wellness programming.

I really enjoy yoga here. Studio is clean and beautiful. Shagufta is a wonderful teacher. I always leave feeling peaceful and renewed. I’ve been to Lelia’s classes also and love her classes as well.

The senior fitness class is outstanding. Actually, one of the best I've taken, and I have had many trainers before Ron. He changes things up and he helps individuals with their specific needs. Scott, Melissa, and the whole Wellbeing team are wonderful to work with. They really listen to your goals and are motivating while still keeping it fun. The Westford facility is a beautiful clean space. I really love their yoga classes and all that they offer. Highly recommend!!

There are no words to adequately thank Scott Cassa and WellBeing Fitness for all he has taught me these past few months! Although he prefers to give me the credit (“You are doing the work!”) it is only with his guidance that I’m now making progress toward my weight loss & fitness goals. I’ve insisted I could do it myself all these decades, (I’m 63), but a graph of past weight loss would be a flat line plateau with spikes of weight gain & loss. The graph since beginning work with WellBeing Fitness, and losing 20lbs, shows a much more encouraging journey. And, although weight loss was my initial goal, what’s become even more prized is the life-changing revision of my diet, exercise, daily living and happiness. I’ve gone from: getting no lift when attempting to jump for one of those ‘mid-air photos’ to jumping rope; from relying on the banister to pull myself upstairs to walking up hands- and pain-free; from 0 to 9000 steps per day; from doubting I’ll ever be able to keep up on a hike with my sons to knowing that day will come. If you too want to find your way to better health & fitness, without hesitation I recommend WellBeing Fitness!

I cannot recommend WellBeing Fitness highly enough. I have been working with Melissa for almost two years and at 49, I can do my very first strict push-up. Melissa has taken the time to understand my goals and pushes me ever steadily toward them. But what I really love is that Melissa never treats me like I can't do something. If I am unable to lift a weight or do a movement today, her answer is always: "we'll work on it". And we do. Hard. Every workout is different and I always feel like I've accomplished something. Thank you Melissa for pushing me and keeping me accountable, I enjoy every second of it!

I am 69 and have been working with Scott for a little over four years now. What I like most about Scott is that he is a excellent coach and trainer. He focuses on your goals and objectives with physical fitness and diet. He developes a personal plan to allow you to hit your benchmarks. I very much look forward to the diversified approach of aerobic and weight bearing exercises. Scott keeps me tuned up and ready for skiing in the winter and my many warmer weather activities. Scott is a terrific guy and knows his his stuff. You will enjoy your workouts and enjoy feeling at the top of your game.

I knew that I needed strength training if I were to continue enjoying adventure vacations with my family. Up until a couple years ago, I never felt comfortable in a gym, so I just didn’t go. Now in my mid-60s, I could see flab on my arms and legs that I hadn’t had 10 years earlier, and I wanted to stay healthy and keep fit as best I could. I started training with Scott and have been working with him weekly ever since. I am now strong, have definition where I didn’t before and I truly enjoy working out!! Each week he has a different plan, with a different focus, so it never gets boring. He also listens to me when I had a shoulder problem, adjusting my exercises so I didn’t make it worse. He’s very motivating, pushes me just enough, and is very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

I started working with Scott back in March and it's been amazing! I had a lot of concrete thoughts about how long I had to spend in the gym to get back in shape post babies and was really hesitant to start strength training due to greatly diminished strength. So lots of mental obstacles to even going TO the gym.
Working with Scott JUST doing our 1hr a week and being mindful of my food intake I was able to do a surfing trip end of June for 6 days- surfing daily and standing up from day 1!
I've now lost 10 lbs and feel stronger everyday.
Now I'm getting to the gym 3x a week with time limited interval cardio program and 30-40 min strength and it's really awesome to feel the effects!
Going surfing next June back to Costa Rica and I know I'll make it to paddle out multiple times and catch some bigger waves!!!

I have been working out with Scott for nearly two years. In that time, I have gone from barely being able to do one push up to doing three sets of 12 and sometimes 15. My overall physical condition has improved markedly. I will be 75 in December and feel healthy, strong and flexible. Scott has developed an exercise plan for me which takes into account my age and a specific medical condition. He is creative, flexible and a true professional. Possibly the best recommendation I can give comes from one of my nieces who recently visited me. She said, "Uncle Abe, when did your big biceps?"
