My experience training with Ryann has been fantasic. I am glad I reached out to the founder of the wellness blueprint to connect me with someone who can help me get started moving again.

For a long time I lost the willpower to workout on my own (more specifcally at home). The personal training membership helped serve as a launching pad for me to get started, as opposed to being stuck in analysis paralysis.

Overall I feel better and more functional in my movement then I had in quite a long time. My overall quality of life is better since I started investing my time into the wellness blueprint's services. I have greatly noticed I have more enegry to get through my day with work, chores around the house, and I am in a better state of mind when I hang out with my family and friends. I still have ways to go, however I wanted to mention the positives I am feeling right now for the limited times I have been training with Ryann.

Next, the virtual classes have been enjoyable to take for someone who works remote. I am able to fit in the classes into my schedule before and after work. The pilates class helped out some of the lower back pain I was having.

Being involved in this community helps round you out as an individual as well, which is always a big plus.
