My husband and I joined WB Fit body in Nov 2024. We attend the 3 day a week classes. It has been a game changer in our fitness levels. Christie, head coach along with her team of coaches are top notch. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. The classes consist of circuit training. Class sizes are no larger than 24. The coaches provide active oversight and guidance to ensure correct form to avoid injury and get the most out of each exercise. We are in the class geared to 55 and over individuals. Game changer for health and fitness.

I had not been to a gym or worked out in over 15 years. I felt welcomed, comfortable and really supported as I eased back into an exercise routine. Fit Body Boot Camp rocks! The 30 minute sessions are challenging and fun (as fun as working out can be lol!). There is good variety in the sessions: we focus on cardio and strength and it's never the same class twice.
I've been a member for over 2 years and I'm probably in the best shape of my adult life.
The coaches are wonderful - personable and caring while making me push myself. Shout out to Caio and Kristy and the whole team - thanks for all you do.

I have attended Fit Body for six months and have been very pleased with the coaches (Kristy, Jean, Lisa, Laura, And Caio), with the variety of exercises, and the variance of each exercise depending on the skill and limitations of each student. I appreciate the personal involvement of the coaches and encouragement for each of us to get to know other participants. The exercises vary from weights to stretching to cardio. I attended my first class this morning and was very pleasantly surprised. The coaches made me feel most welcomed and kept a close eye on me (as well as the others) to be sure that form was correct, asked about physical issues and be sure I was not harming my back or knees, and cheer me on. I first went there mid journey & during the time I couldn’t find a way to stop eating 🥣 away my emotions. I used to as weird as it sounds always go back to one main dish that I would eat on top of the food that I was already eating 🍽️. Not only was it exhausting but it was also not healthy. It was consuming me. I had done this since I could remember it started out when I was younger & it got worse over time. I started going here and he took the time to show me around and set me up with a plan by asking me for my goals. Not just my long term but small goals as well. I wish the classes were longer than 30 minutes however you can go to classes back to back. All in all these classes are amazing. No tracking devices needed you can track them by lbs lost or inches lost. However, it would most definitely be nice to track calories burned in classes. He also did a very nice thing. He took a picture and sent it to me as a post card. Great for my memories. Picture is approximately 2-3 years old but good to have throughout my journey.

Everyone works at their own pace and the coaches are always making sure that you are using proper form and body alignment for safety and best results. Edited 9/29/2022, about 10 months after my original:

Joining FBBC was the best decision I've made in a long time. Having this consistent habit built was a saving grace when work recently got tough. Going to the gym, even when I had to go early at 5:00 am or 5:45 am, became the best part of my day!

I'd grumble getting up and out the door, and by the time I was there with the coaching team including Hervé, Caio, Kristy, Jennifer, and Gavin, and exercising with the rest of the members, I was feeling great!

The overall physical and mental improvements from going 3 - 6 days a week have been worth it and encouraging to experience. I just feel better, in my skin and in my head.

Every single person working at FBBC, in front of or behind the scenes, has been a delight to work with. While awaiting the new, outstanding space in the plaza they spent 9 months assembling a series of locations we could use nearby. The quality of the workouts didn't suffer - they creatively made use of what space and equipment we had and varied the routines every day.

I look forward to this as an important part of my life and wellness for the long-term.

Fantastic experience here. Started as a 6-week challenge member and liked it so much I joined. I've gone from pushing myself to go 3 times a week to looking forward to going 5 times a week - maybe more soon!

Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and good communicators. Workouts are fun and challenging. They take care of programming the exercises so you just show up and follow along. You're done in 30 minutes!

Strong sense of community and belonging here. No nameless faces or being just a number. Very glad I found West Boylston FBBC.

As a beginner, I feel it’s important to share my feedback and first impressions. I’m almost 2 weeks new here at FBBC. What an unbelievable experience so far. The positivity that bleeds from this program is beyond my wildest expectations coming in. The coaches are unbelievably humble and fantastic to work with. The support you get from the staff and your fellow boot campers is enough to make you want to come back each day. Each session you are greeted with a high-five and a big hello. It’s impressive to me that they remember your name after the first session considering all of the people they work with throughout the day!
They are patient with you as a new member and work with you when your form is off they guide you and push you to challenge yourself. I have never done anything like this in my life; and to think my first time joining a Boot Camp would be this amazing. How lucky am I?
One other thing I would like to point out is there are women and men in these classes of all ages all sizes. You never feel like the Outkast everybody is so kind and everybody is on their own journey not comparing themselves to one another. it truly is a family.
Lastly, The owner of this company just might be the most humble transparent honest man in this industry that I have ever come across. A true gift he has.
If a boot camp workout class is something that you have considered think no more!! Jump on this train as quickly as you can.

It had been a very long time since I had worked out and was feeling extremely self conscious and nervous about starting at West Boylston Fit Body Boot Camp but I had no reason to be. The staff was so nice and reassuring, even when I struggled. I have been going for almost 9 months now and I am so happy that I decided to stay. I had originally joined with the intention of just trying it for 4 weeks but stayed because of the absolutely genuinely positive, supportive and friendly staff. Each one of them is so nice and takes the time to greet every single member with a hello and a smile. The workouts are always fun and always different. So far I have lost 50 pounds of fat but even better is seeing myself be able to do push up, burpees, planks and so many more different types of excercises that I never thought I'd be able to do. I really don't like giving 5 star ratings because there is always room for improvement. That said, I spent some time thinking and realized that anything less than 5 stars wouldn't be right. They aren't just about a fit body, but also a fit attitude. Their trainers come in every day and beam positive energy even on days that they themselves may need an infusion. It makes a huge difference. I only see excellence. They consistently provide awesome coaching and kind encouragement. They're consistently well staffed. AND they are truly committed to an ongoing journey of excellence. I purchased a year in advance and don't regret the decision. I've been going as often as I can. The results are there. I feel better than I have in years and am still improving. So the 5 stars are earned. Nothing is perfect but they are the definition of outstanding. The only thing tougher than a good workout is the challenge of trying to find ways for them to improve! I highly recommend this "Fit Family"!

From my experience with FBBC, I do absolutely love this place. The personal trainers/coaches are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on my fitness journey. I signed up for the six week challenge and I'm so glad I did! I am the kid that skipped gym class so I'm not very good at exercising. After the Covid 30, I knew I had to do something but I'm not very good at sticking to diets or routines but with the support, understanding and help of the coaches I've been able to do it and stick to it. I've even decided to stick with it and join permanently after the challenge. I've lost several pounds and inches too but I've gained strength and confidence. The members are great too. Everyone at Fit Body boot camp is great! The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive. They are always happy to see you and treat you like family. I have been working out here for about 2.5 years and it is always enjoyable, the classes are only 1/2 hour long so it fits great into my schedule, but what a workout it is! Awesome place to workout and start the day, I like the level in which they are communicated with members, how they motived and encouraged us to keep going. The coaches always are ready for us, the amount of energy in which they add to each sessions are extremely intense. I’ve been going here for 2 1/2 years now and I still love it. This is the longest and most consistent gym experience. The thing is, calling it a gym does not do it justice. The two people teaching the majority of the classes are great. Loved the classes and was feeling great about myself. Felt supported during that portion and after not working out for many years was feeling proud. However, the coach, which I think is the owner, Hervé was pushy and when he couldn’t push his $57 dollar a week program onto me after the six week challenge, I found him to be very off-putting. I canceled an appointment with him for a check-in for a personal reason and he was very intrusive and less than supportive. I won’t even complete my six weeks there. Very disappointed in the way things were handled. I would give one star but the other employees were great.

I have never been one to do well working out at a gym on my own. For years I have done workout videos at home. I like the aspect of a guided workout by a trainer where somebody is telling me what to do and keep me focused. Then I discovered Fit Body Bootcamp in West Boylston and I have never looked back. I love the live in person workouts with trainers. I love that each workout is only 30 minutes and no workout is EVER the same. Lastly the trainers are amazing. They always seems happy to see you and get to know you on a personal level. This is what keeps me coming back because you almost feel as if they are missing you if you don't go. I was the kid picked last in gym class—I was not athletic, had zero faith in my ability, and didn’t try because everyone was simply better than me. Twenty years ago I began my fitness journey; that’s when I realized that I wasn’t necessarily •unathletic• so much as non-competitive. I began with step, added in cardio, did weight classes, did spinning. In between I ran several 5k’s and two half marathons—my old gym teachers would pass out from shock if they knew. I wasn’t even close to the fastest or best, but it didn’t matter any more: I wasn’t competing against peers,
I was competing against myself. When I started boot camps many years ago, I was hooked. Then I got a non-gym related injury and was sidelined for almost 3 years; after 6 months I was cleared to work out, but I just couldn’t motivate myself to go back to my old gym.

I joined WBFBBC exactly a month ago today. I took a chance because they sent out an email with a great intro price—and I’ll also admit, I was lured in by the *30* minute class. I knew I was horribly out of shape, so the idea of 45-60 minute classes was a painful one. I even wondered if, eventually, 30 minutes would be enough. Let me assure you, it IS. It’s quality over quantity.

The minute I walked in that gym, my fear melted away. There were people of all shapes, sizes, and body types. The instructors (yes, there is usually more than one at a class ) greet me by name & with a smile so big I can see it in their eyes. They assist me as I work out, with helpful advice, genuine encouragement, and compliments on what I am doing well. I truly feel cared about, and that is by design: they are all invested in my success. They are upbeat, positive, and their belief in me helps me to work my hardest. I always leave with a smile, grateful that I went.

In a month’s time, doing 3-4 classes a week, I have lost 2 pounds of fat and gained nearly 3 pounds of muscle—I know this because they have a state of the art machine that measures all of this and more. My stats may not sound like much but let me tell you—it LOOKS like a lot. My jeans are no longer strangling my waist, I have notable muscle definition, and even my face has thinned out. All of that for 1.5-2 hours a week of working out/eating what I want within reason & with their guidance. And even better? My husband noted the most appreciated change in me has been my attitude and energy level. Gone is my constant exhaustion, moping, •complaining•, and short fuse. I went from feeling older than my age to feeling more confident and comfortable in my body. No more hiding. No more embarrassment. I still have a way to go and am by no means perfect, but I feel amazing. I am excited to continue to be a part of this gym family.

If you are on the fence, JUST DO IT. I am truly grateful
that I took a chance, by myself, and gave it a shot. Don’t let your fear or self-doubt continue drive the thought bus. You CAN do this, and everyone there will support you. And most importantly, Remember this: nothing changes if nothing changes.

I've been going to the West Boylston Fit Body Bootcamp for 2+ years now. I can't imagine not going! The coaches are fantastic. They know their stuff and are super enthusiastic and push you to do your best every single day. They have only your best interest at heart! They want you to succeed. They make the HIIT work outs for all different levels of fitness by demonstrating exercise modifications. And the atmosphere is non-judgmental and very supportive! Amazing gym and welcoming environment! I started last year with the New Year, New You 8week challenge and I lost 15lbs FAST! I had never seen such great results from any other weight loss efforts. They guided me on the workout plan that was easy to follow and really wasn’t restricting for options. And the workout is fun and fast paced, there’s always something different so it’s never a boring workout. The fellow members are like a family, easy to talk to and always willing to give tips they’ve tried or extra motivation when you feel like you’re slowing down in a session. I’m just over a year of being a dedicated member (which I never thought I’d be able to say that) with almost 25lbs down and 4 sizes smaller...even after quarantine! They’ve really changed my life with healthy habits! And in addition to my physical health, they’ve really coached me on my mental health. I'm someone who hasn't worked out in many many years. The gym has always intimdated me because of my size i didn't think i would feel comftable. Not the case with FBBC. I’ve been working out consistently the past 40 years and this is by far the best gym/exercise program that I have experienced. But this is no ordinary gym. If walking into a gym, getting your workout done and leaving is what you are used to then this gym is not for you. West Boylston Fit Body Bootcamp is more than a gym, its a family of people from all walks of life that work out together and motivate each other both mentally and physically. The owners and the coaches truly care about your whole well being from exercise to nutrition to checking in with you if you miss a class to make sure you are ok. The workouts are challenging and only 30 minutes and they change it up everyday so it is definitely not boring. Best place in the entire world! Fit body isn't just a Gym! It is a family, community, accountability, support, strength and a GREAT atmosphere!!! I have been with Fit Body for over 2 years. My body has seriously transformed. I'm not good at dieting. I tend to eat what I like, although I eat pretty heathy. I try to get a workout in 6 days a week, or at least 5 days. I love all of the staff. Everyone is so in tune with my needs. I have shoulder, elbow and hip issues. If need, they modify my moves.
