West Boylston Fit Body Forever is a small group fitness program designed for adults 55+ who want to build strength, boost stamina, and increase stability so they keep up, stay sharp, and do more of what they love!
Our award-winning program was designed specifically for adults 55+ and is led by certified personal trainers in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Not your usual gym experience! Fit Body Forever is just what I was looking for in a fitness program. Designed for people over 55, coached by expert fitness personnel in an encouraging, supportive environment. I have been a member for two years with over 250 sessions completed to date! I thoroughly enjoy the challenging sessions with an appropriate mix of cardio, core and strength exercises! The other participants are dedicated, friendly and hard working. They make the experience that much more special and enjoyable.

Love the coaches and the workouts! I always feel challenged yet not overwhelmed. People are friendly and encouraging of each other. I am feeling stronger and have more energy since starting the program. The social connection is especially welcomed after the past couple of years.
