Yoga Nova is my new favorite yoga studio! It is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and spotless. Lisa, Stephanie, Natalia and Bo are all excellent teachers in their own ways. I love getting the variety of styles, poses, music and vibe they each bring to class. With morning, lunch, evening and weekend classes I am finally able to practice as often as I would like. Terrific addition to Bedford and worth the trip if you're in the area.

I really enjoyed the classes I took here! The teachers gave great suggestions for improving poses and the space is beautiful. The classes were very thorough with a good variety of stretching and strengthening. The studio is unfortunately a bit far from where I live, but if you live in the area definitely check it out! :)

Yoga Nova is such a wonderful addition to the Bedford community. Lisa is a great teacher--she provides helpful direction and I love that she switches up postures and adds interesting elements from class to class to keep things fresh. Her class is great for all levels. The space is new, clean, warm and welcoming. One standout about this studio is that they provide childcare during certain classes. This is a game changer for those with small children. I have brought my child a couple of times and she hangs out with Bo, Lisa's husband, who is such a nice guy. Lisa and Bo are welcoming, kind and have created a beautiful space that I highly recommend checking out.

There are so many things to say about Yoga Nova. It is a new, lovely studio that has a variety of hours that makes it easy to schedule your practice and lots of options for parking. Most importantly, Lisa is a great teacher that makes you feel welcomed and not intimidated.
