30 minute hit has become part of my daily routine in my life and I can’t be more thankful enough for it. It has made me a stronger woman both mentally and physically. The trainers there are my hype girls, they continuously cheer us on to become a better version of ourselves. So if you need a kick start I highly recommend going to 30 minute hit! @30minitehit

Kiara was awesome! She encouraged me during the entire rotating stations kickboxing workout. She adjusted exercises to accommodate my current fitness level & previous injury. They even offer a free trial session :)

I tried out there free first class last week and it was a BLAST!! Kayla was my trainer and she did a great job at demonstrating and teaching the movements as well as encouraging. What I really appreciated is it didn’t ever feel like she was hovering. She walked in a pattern around the studio to give you space while still motivating and giving feedback where it was needed! Currently trying out all the gyms in this area to find a right fit, but this studio surely stood out!!

10/10 recommend. This is an amazing workout. I love that it is fast paced and doesn't take too much time out of my day. The trainers are so encouraging and push me to keep going throughout the entire workout. I've only done a few workouts and can already feel a difference. Book your free trail class!

I am in my 40s and my cholesterol was too high at my last check up. I was looking for a way to exercise that provided encouragement and accountability and found 30Minute Hit in Midland. The owner and trainers really care and it is a lot of fun!

What a wonderful introduction to woman only boxing. I did the 30 minute free trial and loved it. Unfortunately, couldn’t sign up for membership because of the distance and vehicle availability. I highly recommend this place!

Today was my first time going and it was an amazing experience. Kayla had great open communication, positive reinforcement during the circuit and was super funny. Kelly did a great job explaining the work outs and keeping us motivated. The facility was clean, safe equipment, and a great temperature. Definitely would recommend going if you want a good time efficient work out!!

love love LOVE this place & loved my experience. I haven’t worked out in a literal decade & I’ve had 3 babies via C-section within the past 5 years so I’m really trying to restrengthen those muscles & out of all the ways & places to do it, I choose this. Female only gym, no judgment, the trainers are so supportive, fun, & kind. I had my first session today with Kayla & it was an absolute blast. I felt so anxious showing up & I left feeling so damn good about myself, even though I’ll definitely be feeling it tomorrow 😂 Couldn’t recommend this place more & I can’t wait to officially join & train on a regular basis.

I am just wrapping up my second week and I love this workout. After my free trial I knew (and so did my husband 😉) this was a great fit for me. I’m out of shape and just haven’t been motivated to exercise. Now, even though there are days I don’t want to go, I am so glad to be there for a goo butt kicking. Kellie and Kayla are amazing. I don’t feel judged or hopeless. After only a couple weeks I feel stronger. These amazing women encourage me, push me, and hold me accountable. . I go in dry and leave dripping in sweat! It’s FANTASTIC! It’s a full body workout in a very short period of time. We all have 30 minutes for ourselves. Now is the time to TAKE IT!!

I absolutely love this place! I had found I was stuck in a rut in my fitness journey and this is just what I needed. love the short duration of the workouts but I always leave drenched. It never gets easier, you just work harder. The trainers are always there to give you encouragement and motivation.

I joined 30 Minute Hit about a month ago and I am so glad I did. I went in for my free trial and at that moment, I knew this was the workout I was looking for so I signed up that day. I already have a gym membership but I needed something more. I needed someone to help me create a routine, encourage me, and hold me accountable. The trainers do just that. I am so happy that I joined and in just 4 weeks, my endurance is up, I feel stronger and get excited to go. You are in and out and dripping sweat. Great for professionals that want to workout but don't have a lot of extra time to devote. Do this for you! I am so glad I did!!

I would like to say the trainer at 30 minute hit is awesome her name is Kayla. She showed me so many things to do to help with my training. I was really impressed with her. The company has alot to offer even teenage girls can benefit from this. Diffently 5 stars for the trainer and the company.
