Absolutely love Michelle and all the great trainers at 6 degree burn! A wide variety of classes and the trainers tailor the workout to the individual’s needs. They modify for injuries and challenge you to be your best! All workouts are different every day- no corporate workout schedule like at other gyms! Michelle and George helped me reach my weight loss goals that I thought were unobtainable! Thanks so much!!

Michelle is awesome, come try the gym. Great programs, personalized training and workouts. However, beware of trying to cancel your membership. Would not recommend committing to a membership!!!

Cannot put into words how much I love working out here! I’ve gotten so much stronger not only physically, but mentally with each and every class/workout. Where else are you going to get kickboxing, boot camp, and cycling all at one place? Not to mention fitness challenges and private personal training as well. Nowhere besides here will you get all of the above and to top it off, the instructors are beyond motivating! Michelle puts her heart and soul into creating a fitness sanctuary for us all, I love every workout & have gained a fitness family at this amazing studio! :) Hands down the BEST fitness studio in Metro Detroit!

I had a consultation scheduled for today with the owner of this gym. When I showed up no one was there and the door was locked. I tried calling them and the call didn’t go through as if their phone was disconnected. My experience with them or lack thereof left a bad impression. I took time out of my day to show up to the consultation only for the no one to be there. There was no courtesy as no one reached out to let me know they would be closed and ask me about rescheduling my consultation. Very unprofessional and shows no interest in wanting my business. I also would not trust them with my business after this experience.

I love the Zumba class and cardio kickboxing and Michelle the owner is so wonderful and outgoing and bubbly and everyone there is so nice and I’m so happy to found this place I will be going back for sure!!!!

I just hit my 3-year anniversary with 6-Degree and I can’t believe I have never written a review. This is honestly the first fitness facility that I have ever stuck with long term. The owner takes such pride in this business and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. We are truly a family here! The coaches are all fantastic and there is a great variety of well-run classes. Sign up, you won’t be disappointed.

I just started to come here and Unbelievable I loss 10lbs scene I've been at 6 degrees burn . The boot camp there is intense.🏋️ And the boxing cardio, 🥊 It helps me build my strength up .learned ability to cause a predetermined movement outcome with maximum certainty, balance

I've been coming to this gym for almost a year and a half and absolutely love it. Shout out to the owner, Michelle, who has somehow found a way to make it fun for me to workout on the regular (and even lift weights!). She's really built a great little place with an awesome team of instructors.

Where do I start when I loved absolutely everything about this place?
There are so many things that separates 6 Degree Burn from other fitness classes. Other places, I feel judged, awkward...etc. but I felt truly welcomed here from the moment I walked in the door. The gym has never really worked for me, but this class was so interactive! The instructor, Michelle, is an inspiration, she is so attentive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. She actually cares about her clients and she is so uplifting/encouraging. Also, there are so many different people, from fitness veterans to beginners. I went to the “Cardio Burn Kickboxing” class. I love that they had classes at 7pm because that really works for my schedule. They ended the class with yoga poses and it felt so amazing and peaceful. I’m so excited for my next class.

Great classes! I've only ever been to the kickboxing classes so I can't speak to the cycling or boot camp classes. Michelle is my favorite instructor and I really like her style of teaching: she's a little in-your-face (which I think is needed for the intensity of kickboxing) and really engaging. She is really good about talking to everyone during class and making sure everyone has the correct posture/sequence down.
I've been to another instructor's class once or twice but found her to be slower-paced so I mostly stick to Michelle's classes.
Definitely take a yoga mat, even when you go to kickboxing classes - there is about 10 minutes of stretching at the end of every class and mats are required for this portion.

Highly recommend this place. I love the atmosphere and classes. The trainers are amazing. My fav is the kick boxing classes. Michelle’s class is fun, Rays class is very hectic haha which is good and Sunday is the best. I don’t recall the name of the instructor but she is amazing. She does all the exercises with you so it’s easy to follow. I also like Melissa and George’s boot camp. Great place
