Adam will help you out with any fitness goals that you will have. I came to him and told him that I wanted to lose weight and gain lean muscle and work on a six pack. I also asked him if we could work on upper body strength so I could lift and carry my nephew on my shoulders. He said he would help me out with all of my goals and especially with the goal of carrying my nephew on my shoulders. As of now Adam has helped me out with all of my goals and we are still working and training online. He checks up on me and encourages me to do my best. Since we started I have gained a lot of upper body strength and I lift and carry my nephew on my shoulders all the time. I am not done with my fitness journey and I will continue to work with Adam, he is the best at most understanding fitness trainer. My nephew thanks you 😂

I've been training with Adam for almost a year now. He is knowledgeable and so friendly and supportive; he makes work outs fun. As a man of advanced age who has injuries to both my back and my legs, I had to be very careful about whom I selected to work with as my personal trainer. I chose Adam Son and what a terrific choice he was! I know that some personal trainers push clients too hard and wind up hurting them more rather than helping them to improve. I didn’t know Adam before I interviewed him, but I made it clear to him that my number one goal in working out was to not get hurt. Adam totally understood my situation. I have now been working with Adam for more than two years and I have never gotten injured -- but I have gotten much stronger. I don’t think I could have found a better trainer for my needs. Adam is very knowledgeable about fitness and exercising; he has worked with male and female clients across the age spectrum; he is extremely personable; and he treats his clients very well. Adam Son is an awesome trainer and the first one I have ever worked with in-person. I'll be honest when I was on my way to meet him for the first time I almost stood him up. I was definitely nervous about getting a typical 'bro' type trainer. But I am glad I showed up because Adam is not a typical trainer. He took the time to learn about me as a person - my current physical activity, work/life, nutrition and finds a way to support you holistically to reach your goals. I always left our sessions in a better mood, completely exhausted and knowing I had just made some good progress toward my goals of fat loss and muscle growth. His scheduling is flexible, he's always available by text, Facebook Messenger or Instagram when you have a question. He emails out helpful blog posts on a weekly basis and videos on Instagram with different mobility or exercise instruction. And during the COVID-19 shutdown when all of our mental and physical health was at risk he pivoted and continued working with us via virtual Zoom workouts. He responds to feedback and pushes you just a tad beyond your own confidence to what he knows you can Achieve. If you are looking for a dedicated and caring personal trainer or nutrition help, Adam is the one.

I originally came to Adam to get my form fixed in some exercises and I fully thought it would be a temporary relationship. And now a year and a half later, I’m still here and have no plans to alter that state. Adam is a gem of a human and is extremely knowledgeable in this industry. I’ve done my due diligence myself in trying to educate myself as much as I can but Adam is hands down one of the best in this business.

There is undoubtedly a psychological component to losing fat and/or gaining muscle. Adam understands that and guides you through whatever the initial motivation was whether it was self-confidence, better relationship with food, or anything else. What I also learned recently is that all these pretty people on the web often suffer through silent injuries like low back pain/shoulder pain/ tendonitis and Adam is excellent in guiding you through those pain and how to prevent those in the first place. He cares not only about your physical health but your mental wellbeing as well.

More than just getting you results, he cares about sustainability. He cares about the person you can be in 10 years from now than the one you can become in 10 days. His training and nutrition principles follow exactly that. He will never ask to give up donuts if those are your love language (heck, even he couldn’t do that). His training mantra is similar. He will never ask you to run if running makes you summon your demons. His training philosophy is empathetic and compassionate (always with a dash of humor). He’s pretty darn amazing.

If I were Beyonce, Adam would still be my trainer.
