Jake is a fantastic trainer, and does a great job pushing me to work hard! He tracks my progress toward my goals and celebrates all the little milestones along the way. Workouts are well-rounded and cover all the major muscle groups, and he is able to come up with alternative exercises to accommodate my injuries. The facility is clean and kept in good condition, and workouts are lots of fun!

Online Training

I have been doing the online coaching with Coach Jake for a couple of months now and could not be happier. Jake creates custom workouts for me with whatever weights or anything I have available at home. Each workout definitely leaves me sore and sweating like never before. I am losing weight and gaining lean muscle at the same time.

Hands down the best health decision I’ve made!
No fancy toys, trendy routines or flashy gimmicks, just two knowledgeable trainers who push you to work hard the right way and support every step. Ana and Jake are like old friends who you happen to pay to kick your butt. And I’m sure I’m not they only one who feels like this because AHT has a great group of dedicated clients of all ages, shapes and sizes that make this the most comfortable, welcoming and friendly environment to get healthy in.
Also, I challenge you to find a better, cheaper workout than the AHT Saturday boot camp.

Jake is awesome! You can tell he loves what he does! I had knee injuries that often times get aggravated by certain activities. He suggested sleeves and always made sure to adjust the workout if I was feeling any discomfort. Great variety in the workouts. Gained lots of strength working with him! He continues to check in!
