Flames is incredible. I came here as a Tricking athlete and this was my home gym for 10+ years. I even worked at the gym for 2 and it was a great experience. I continue to recommend my friends to come here who are parents now with younger kids

Absolutely a waste of time and money first of all we showed up and no one was there then they argued with me saying there’s was somebody there when there was not one car in the lot and I knocked on there door repeatedly for about 5 mins then to get told there keeping our deposit what a absolute joke this place is they receptionist on the phone claiming to be the manager was highly rude and very useless to the whole situation save your money and go elsewhere

I have two daughters here. One just got into the big gym from the tot spot and the other is getting ready to try out for team. The coaches have been fantastic. When moving up a level I would find the next class about 4 stickers before you go up so not having to wait so long for rhe next class but late enough where you don't have to pass on the open spot.

I do not like to give a poor review but I’m some cases…. Paid $250 for my 10 year olds birthday in the ninja gym. Now they knew he was 10 they stuck us in a room with toddler table and chairs then the staff were more then annoyed we were there…. Then why book a party that day…. Smelled like feet so bad all the parents at the party complained about the smell. The toilet didn’t work and then we were reminded repeatedly to be out by 7…. Would never recommend a birthday party there. Kids did not enjoy them selves and my son said it was the worst birthday party he had ever had 😞.

The facilities lack of cleaning is evident in the tot spot. The bleachers never get vacuumed, ceiling vents full of thick dust, cubbies always have dirt in them, the bathrooms eek! I see disinfecting spray/paper towels, but never see the coach use it. The coach leaves the facility exactly when we do..no clean up. The coach has no clue how to redirect the children, does not show them proper form and is way to unorganized. Is there a dress code for staff??!! The high touched surfaces are in the same condition week after week, nothing seems to change. Let's work as a team for our kids, we pay good money...clean them germs up, get the hvac system cleaned and pay attention to your coaches!!!

Coach Mel was fantastic. We were there for a 7 year olds birthday party and she was amazing dealing with the kids and working with the birthday boy opening presents. Cossack Mel made it a fun time for the kids. Thank you for all the work you did.

Dirty. I couldn’t believe the buildup on the stairs to the spectator seating. Makes me wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the gym. Not something that should be overlooked. Cleanliness is highly important.

This gymnastics center is huge! It is clean and orderly. The classes are well organized by ability level and the coaches seem to be prepared and knowledgeable. Gymnasts get a sticker for each skill they master and once their poster has a sticker next to every required skill, they nove up to the next level. They have an award ceremony every month for those who moved up a level and FLAMES the mascot is there and each gymnast recieves a medal. I also like that if you miss a class, they will give you a choice between rescheduling or just receiving an open gym pass. I always choose the gym pass then once I save up a few of them, I take my kids and their friends to open gym. I'm very impressed with this place!

My grandson attended a birthday party on December 22nd and the girl in charge was more than obviously annoyed to be there. She was short with all the kids playing, and maybe should have been a little more enthusiastic when explaining the rules to gain some respect/trust. And also was less than nice when the kids were eating telling them to “EAT!!!” and actually said to a child that said they had eaten already....”well good for you!!” Better have a chat with this person. We have been considering enrolling our grandson for classes there, but if she is also a coach/instructor we’ll go to the Huron and make sure we let everyone we know to avoid your establishment

Awful for anyone to see older boys hitting a 10 year old girl, swearing and threatening her, and making her cry...and do nothing about it but say sit down, you should be ashamed of yourself. To the kid that drove his arm into my little girls neck and left a big bruise ..she has problems with the lymphoid in her neck. That scares me to death every time it swells. To the boy at least 13 swearing at my 10 year old daughter, shame on you. to the boys in their mid teens involved shame on you. your mothers should be proud.
