Hello 👋 my name is Kristina A.
A.M. Total Being Fitness helped save my life!🚑 A year ago I was half way to 300lbs. I have osteoarthritis bone on bone in both knees🦵🦵 and they hurted terrible.😪 Not to mention low energy, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a borderline pre-diabetic. My doctor told me I needed to lose weight and strengthen the muscles around my knees or soon I would not be able to walk!👩🦽♿️
My trainer Kristoffer Donald, helped strengthen those muscles 💪and a year later my weight is under 200lbs. My doctor cut my medications in half, and told me if I keep up the good work, I can be free of "ALL" medications. My trainer Kristoffer is now training me to run 🏃♀️ on the treadmill something I never thought my knees would be able to do🙂. I still have a ways to go, but I have more energy, I'm healthier, mentally, physically and spiritually. I love eating healthy and I look forward to finding 😌 the best of me on this transformational journey.

The vibe at A.M. Total Being Fitness is amazing. Anthony, Kris, Sam, Brian, and Elvis make every workout feel personal and motivating. The DEXA scan and VO₂ test were super thorough and really helped me understand what to focus on. I’ve been in and out of gyms for years and struggled to stay consistent, but training here has completely changed that. I actually enjoy showing up and feel genuinely motivated to reach my goals. The team doesn’t just care about fitness, they help build your mindset and spirit too. Highly recommend!

The team at A.M. Total Fitness is very intune with my physical, mental, spiritual needs . Along with the Dexa Scan and the latest technology and game planning, I have significantly decreased my visceral fat and reduced my body age.
Kris is super knowledgeable about so many aspects that I feel like I receive coaching, therapy, training, and pastoring all in one session. A.M. has become like family and I have come to rely on them deeply. They are now an integral of my fitness journey.

There is no other fitness center like A.M Total Being. They care about you, inside and out. They understand the value of accurate and personalized metrics to help you achieve your goals, whether they be asestic, performance or both! Working with Elvis, Kris, Sam and Brian is easy, and Anthony Moses has developed plans for everyone. The one stop shop for Dexa, RMR, VO2Max, 16 week fitness programing and meal plans.
A bargain at 10x the price, you will not be disappointed with the services, accountability coaching and the personnel. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This is THE place to go work out if you care about getting your body’s esthetic where you want while also getting a healthier body. I have been going here for a while and have had different body goals throughout the years and NO WHERE else in Michigan have I been able to find this kind of product. Rather if I want to gain muscle and fat or slim down overall I have always gotten the exact estimated results I wanted and still had like 2 cheat days a week where I pigged out. Here you will see it doesn’t take much to get to your goals when you’re doing it the right way.
In literally just two 30 minute workouts a week I have gotten great results and it’s all because of their education and understanding of how to use information from the medical technology they use to apply it not only to your body goals but also overall health in general. And the best part is as your body changes they do regular updated test so the health journey just keeps going.
So if you have a certain look or size you want specifically to get to, want better performance in sports, or to get on a plan the will get your body moving again with much less pain this is the place for you.

I have been going to AMTBF for a little bit more than a year. This gym is a gem. The coaches and owner are very knowledgeable and friendly. The coaching approach is one of a kind and very unlikely tailored to your personal fitness profile. The profile is put together based on tests. I’m not talking “50 squats, 3 Hail Marys and let’s check the heart rate” kind of thing. You’ll undergo a test wearing a respirator on a treadmill, elliptical or bike. Your metabolism will be tested with other scientific equipment as well as your body composition.
You can have tough complex workouts or simple ones. I was into complex tough ones but I don’t have the time right now to sustain this kind of tracking. So I spoke to the coaches and dialed down to a routine that I can accommodate.
If you want to change your fitness level, feel better and create more physical self awareness, this gym is your go to place.

The most uplifting and caring gym I have ever experienced. The highly knowledgeable trainers and staff are very focused on health and wellness and know how to challenge you without overworking you. I went here years ago and am still having issues. First, i would like to say the staff is very nice. But that’s about the only thing i liked about it. They match you to their own premade weight loss plan. It didn’t help me because i never felt they pushed me hard enough. Then they over worked the outside of my shins SO bad i has to bring my own ice and now years later, I’m still trying to balance them out. I get the WORST shin splints while running. I can barely walk afterward if i push it too hard. I didn’t have that problem before i went here. I told them off the problem but they still continued with their plan and not balancing muscle groups. Anthony is also full of himself. He once showed me his abs to progr a point but i wasnt listening because i didnt care about his situation as it didnt relate to mine. Not everyone goes there to look like and be like him. Plus he didnt pay attention to my chart or any of my issues. He found out i had a heart condition after 3 months, when i disclosed that in the beginning cuz when you have a heart condition and you work out you pretty much prefer not dying. But id give 3 stars for the staff. Theyre super nice. But gaining a new issue from going here for 4mo is absolutely ridiculous. Clearly their programs are trash.

This was probably one of the very few times I have written a review, I trained at AM Total Being Fitness for about 6 months. It was one of the best experiences I ever had. The owner Anthony has put some serious time into this program. Checkout their instagram profile for more details. Majority of my training was with Brian and Samantha, i have heard some great things about Kris/Elvis as well. Both Brian /Samantha were amazing. Brian himself has good knowledge about protein supplemets, vitamins, water (All Natural). If you practice them religiously they are bound to show some results or atleast they did for me. Sam was really good at pushing me to my limits. I throughly enjoyed working with each of them
Like the name they are focussed on Total being rather than just physical training. I trained with them about 3 times a week which for me was good. The pricing is reasonable for the inputs that they provide. You get to do Carbon-dioxide test and also they periodically check RMR. I was very apprehensive about these tests but trust me these are one of a kind and is give you good measure of how you are doing in general both mentally as well physically.
You should definetly check this place out if you really would like have no idea how to go forward with your wellness and training. The only reason I stopped was because I had to move away from Michigan. If I had the privilege I would have continued to train atleast for another year to get the complete results.
I really wish everyone in the AM group good luck in their future endeavors
