Been coming here for open gym and a few gymnastics classes for the past 8 years. Had really good experiences so far … except for Friday night flip out. It’s basically a free-for-all where the kids outnumber the adults. But to me, the most disappointing thing is what is in the vending machines. Why would you put Red Bull and Starbucks Frappuccino‘s in a vending machine at a gym? We are supposed to teach our children to eat and drink healthy, especially at a gymnastics facility, these kids seven and up have access and free range to all the things in the vending machines. Very poor choices if you ask me and very dangerous to children’s health and heart.

We’ve hosted a couple of birthday parties at American Gymnastics in Romeo and are always thrilled with the professionalism and support of the staff. The overall experience is wonderful, high energy and fun for the kids, accommodating and convenient for the adults. The facility is super clean, they used gloves to serve all food and helped with prep and setup as well as take down and clean up. I highly recommend hosting your birthday party here!

My kids love coming here for open gym, tumbling classes, and even having their birthday parties here! Love that they can just play and be occupied the whole time! Also love they offer tons of different classes/times! Great gym!!

Weve now celebrated our kids birthdays here on a couple of occasions and it never disappoints. The employees are always kind, considerate, and extremely helpful; from serving the food and desserts we brought to cleaning up, and even writing down the gifts received as our children opened them.

I had both of my daughter’s birthdays here. The staff was fantastic! They helped with set up, served the kids their food, and helped clean up. The kids had a great time and my guests also complimented the place/staff.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here last month and it was excellent! We had the entire gym to ourselves for an hour which was amazing! All the kids had a great time. The party room & bathrooms were clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful! They made set up and clean up a breeze. They will even serve your guests if you want them to! My daughter still talks about her birthday often! Thank you all for making it so special! I highly recommend AGR! 🤩🤸‍♀️🎉

The ninja warrior jr class seems to be a lot of games and sitting around. The instructor handles one child at a time while the others play with each other. Might not be a big deal for only child but my son could do this at home with his brothers. I get agitated watching him just stand there the majority of the class. Definitely not worth the money.

We had a really poor experience today. My son is 14 months old and we were so excited to try the toddler and parent class. Our instructor was horrible, there was no help, or direction or engagement with the children. I’m not quite sure how this place has decent ratings

We visited today for the first time, our grandson's birthday, the entire staff was amazing! They helped, they served & we were very impressed! The gym was great, it brought back great memories of being a kid! My husband climbed the rope & made it to the top! Thanks for the great memory!

Friday Night Flip out! 2 hours of fun for the kids 7-13ish from 8:30pm-10:30pm It is nice to see all the kids playing and meeting and making friends in a good environment. The gym is excellent. It has came so far since we started here all these years ago. The monitors/coaches were pretty quick to set the kids straight. We will take the kids back here and bring friends for them to show this too. The best part is they are tired when they are done and sleep so good till the morning. I would put this on your to do list with the kids mine sure enjoyed it. Chances are they will see class mates if your in the area. They have other drop in days also so check them out. Still great after all these years

My child attended from 4-6 The instructors were great! Now at 9 we do Friday night Flip Out you cannot beat the price $12 and the staff is great with the kids! Highly recommend trying even if just once.

Love this place. I have four children and have been a regular customer for over 10 years. Always a great experience.

Most recently, I hosted a birthday party for my daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were great with the children and very engaging. Communication leading up to the event was good. We had a nice experience in the party room. My daughter and her friends had a great time. The price of the party was reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Took our kids here for a friends birthday party. The young adult staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in, with the kids while playing in the gym, and assisting with the party room. The facility seemed clean and had a wide variety of gymnastic equipment for the kids to play on.

My youngest takes gymnastics here but we also had her 5th birthday there a couple of weeks ago. As part of the party they include helpers. The equivalent of the three fairies in sleeping beauty running around helping set up, check in, deliver pizza to individual children, help with cake delivery to kids on top of supervising and engaging the kids during the play time in the gym. I could not be more thankful for our 3 helpers and the party we had. Thank you American Gymnastics.

Had sons 2nd bday party here. Everyone had a blast. The workers were very friendly and the kids loved them. They set up and cleaned up ! would definitely do again. The only downfall was that we were eating in a small room and there wasn't enough seating. Was a little embarrassed that some were standing while others were eating in hallway. We did give them a count beforehand.

I took my son here for their 4yr old program. Excellent facilities as they are brand new, but there seemed to be no structure/hands on for him or the other kids. You might argue this, but we have been to numerous other gymnastic facilities including another AG, and there was a lot more structure at those places. Additionally, they rated each child as to their capability, which was great, but that was based on the judgment of the instructors who barely paid attention to any of the kids. I felt like the gave the kids whatever rating they wanted until maybe they have gone "enough" times to move up.

I had my daughters 3 rd birthday party here and I cannot express how amazing the experience was ! The kids had so much fun and the staff is amazing. Delvin was one of the most vibrant , fun , enthusiastic, host! He has a true talent for the kids and making them happy! Mitch was polite and helpful and great with the kids! I highly recommend this for a special event and I will be enrolling my child in a program knowing these great guys work there !
