Aqua tots has been a great experience for our little one! She has learned so much and is improving her skills every lesson. We have learned so much about water safety and it's such a relief to know that she is practicing the skills to make her strong and confident in the water. We have had a few instructors and most have been great, particularly Jack. Jack is very easy to understand. He speaks loud and clear which is so important since it can get pretty loud when it gets busy. Jack is very thorough with explaining the exercises and what the next step would be to advance skills. My biggest feedback for improvement would be to remind instructors to speak up and more clearly. Overall, very happy with our experience at aqua tots!

We’ve had a great experience at Aqua-Tots. The kids have learned so much and this activity is the one thing they don’t complain about going to. They’re ready to go, suits on, before I’m ready. Madi, Nessreen, Joe, and the other front desk team members are great at remembering us by name and which kid got what snack when I wasn’t looking. It’s been super easy, and much appreciated, to have both kids accommodated for classes around the same time so we don’t spend all day there. The coaches genuinely care about how the kids are doing. They don’t pass them just to pass them. The coaches are very encouraging and help boost the kids’ confidence in their skills.

Spend your money at a school that wants to see your child gain swimming skills . Aqua totswill keep your child in the wrong level just to keep you spending more money. After trying to resolve the issue of not being in the correct level they discontinued any communication. Go to royal swim school they have a better business model and want to see your child grow!

We got a great teacher Ms Jordan who always creates so much fun in the sessions and the learning faster and enjoyable.

Also after a long gap when we came back to the class, he was really scared to go in water, the staff really helped us so much get over his fear. Joe came forward immediately scheduled a one on one session. Coach Nina volunteered to accommodate him in a spontaneous class on spot when he was just not ready to go inside. And after the end of half hour he went fully inside water, completed his lesson and came out smiling.

We enrolled our daughter into their Level 1 swim class at six months of age. Initially there was a lot of crying as we struggled to figure things out. But with the help of her awesome swim coach, Nolan, we saw her gain a lot more confidence in the water. Today she rocks every exercise in the class with a big smile on her face. Next year she will start in Level 2 and we couldnt be happier with her progression. Highly recommend this school.

UPDATE:
We still love the school.

We were both surprised and happy for the wonderful staff as our daughter transitioned from Level 2 to Level 3. Level 3 is a big transition where they no longer swim with a parent and need to go into the class on their own and this is a scary step for littles resulting in lots of big emotions. But their staff really made this transition as smooth as it could be possibly be.

Our daughter is now in Level 4 and loves it. The coaches have been great and what's also nice is they have multiple classes for each level throughout the week so if something comes up or you need to change classes because of life that is something that is easily done.

The one bit of feedback I would give now is it would be nice if coaches had a bit more time to offer more personal feedback to the kids and their parents. Sure there's the weekly "Aqua card" that breaks down a child's progress in each exercise but we'd love to get a little more personal detail or maybe have a kind of "office hours" block where a coach is available to talk about a child's progress.

To conclude - we still love the school and highly recommend it. What's most important is our daughter learning to swim safely and enjoy the water and so far the school has nailed it.

I have no complaints regarding instructors, or the lovely ladies at the desk. My complain is regarding pricing. The instructors have been very good with baby Jacob. I’ve paid for Two months worth of swim classes. Which included 2 classes per week. For like 30-45min. My son is only 7 months old, so as the weather shifted to colder climates I decided to keep him home from swim. So he wouldn’t catch cold. At this time Jacob swim classes had already been paid for when the weather broke, so as told by manger. When you do not attend a class, or miss a class, or class is canceled. A makeup class will be added to your account. In which at this time Jacob hasn’t been to class in a month, so he has a tremendous amount of makeup days. That are ALREADY PAID FOR. So when I went to pause paying for extra classes until we makeup the ones we haven’t done, and the weather gets a little warmer. I was told that Jacob will not able to use the CLASSES IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. Until I pay for a months worth of NEW CLASSES. Even tho I already have a month of classes that I haven’t even used and already paid for. That makes no sense!! So basically Aqua-tots got a month or so worth of pay for classes my son didn’t even attend, but can’t use until I pay for more classes.

My kids have been attending Aqua tots for years, and we couldn't be happier! They absolutely love being in the water and always talk nonstop about the fun they have during lessons.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every child. The instructors are skilled at making each lesson fun and safe. It's amazing to see their confidence and skills grow each week.

The front office staff is friendly and professional, making it easy to schedule or reschedule classes. The pool and parent seating area are consistently clean, which I really appreciate.

There's also a small snack section with chips and other treats. Plus, coloring sheets is a nice touch, keeps the kids entertained while waiting for their lessons. Swim accessories are conveniently available for purchase.

One drawback, though, is that I wish the swimsuit dryers were more reliable. Currently, only one is functional, and it's hit-or-miss.

Overall, it's a wonderful experience, and my kids look forward to each visit! Highly recommend for any parent wanting a fun and effective swimming experience for their child!

The team did not inform us to cancel the classes in advance to issue make up sessions , we basically lost a lot of classes and money over 3 years . The make up classes were issued occasionally for the uncancelled ones, and I did not cross check as we trusted they would not make any mistakes
I noticed it late that we were not issued a lot of make up sessions and when asked about it , they said they cannot issue for the year and we we just given 3 makeup sessions to compensate us .

The sessions are 30 mins long , however they start few mins late and end few mins early , with the batch classes , each student get 5 mins of coaching , which is not useful as the kids are not learning and progressing to next level .

I would not recommended Aqua tots to anyone who are interested to see their kids progress.

My two young children LOVE coming to this swim school and their coaches. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The coaches are also very patient with new swimmers who are getting used to the water.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, however, the turnover and change in instructors is causing us to cancel. My daughter has been going for a few months and has had FOUR instructors. Additionally, our classes have been cancelled twice due to staffing issues and the second time we weren’t offered a makeup class. Management needs to get it together.

Great knowledgeable teachers, the staff actually checks the water’s ph and if it’s off, they will close the pool to fix it! I love their curriculum, my daughter has already learned so much and is much more confident in the water.

The swim lessons are wonderful and have already taught my child such valuable skills. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the instructors aren’t as good as others so I would suggest going to a few different classes to see which instructor and style is a good fit for you and your kid. Maya is an incredible instructor! The desk staff is always extremely friendly, too.

Love this place. Hannah is so nice and caring willing to do what she can to help with scheduling. She is our favorite. Nesreen is always there very into having fun and you're not just a person with kids to her. She loves to talk to you and your kids. Nate is the other front desk person I deal with. Same story there he loves getting to know you and your kids. What can I say he makes it so welcoming when we walk in. Highly recommend this place.

My son LOVES Coach Christine! She makes him comfortable in the water and excited to go to swim class. His face lights up when he sees her. Our son has been going here for just over a year now and has grown tremendously in his swimming capabilities. He has gone from no skill at all to just swimming 10 yards completely unassisted (3years old). We love our teacher Miss Sammi, and Miss Sera is always there to step in and make our son feel comfortable and help get the most out of him. They are great and match our sons energetic every class. Would recommend!

The instructors are so genuine to my daughter. She was so scared the first day but warmed up within 2 sessions to Coach Gabe and Coach Sara (Sera?). We will be coming back for my second daughter when she's old enough, and continue lessons with my first!

Our daughter did Aqua-Tots for a full year from 2021-2022 and we were very pleased w the instructor and the overall cleanliness of the pool and building. Fast forward to now. Our son is 1 and just had his 1st class in a 5ft x 5ft square with 4 other parent and tots. The lack of space is very uncomfortable and disturbing if I’m being honest. The pool is also incredibly dirty now. I don’t even want to put him under the water at all in these conditions. Kids at this stage don’t know how to close their mouths yet before going underwater and with how dirty the pool is, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. They want $110/mo for 2 total hours of instruction and in these current conditions, I want other parents who are thinking about enrolling to consider a different company if they’re able to. Definitely a buyer beware review.

I have no complaints about the instructors. My kid meet great instructors at this location and enjoys his time here. However, I am really disappointed by the service and management. My kid left his shoes after a class and the next week I was not able to find the shoes in lost and found. I was told that they threw away kids stuff once the small lost and found box was full. I cannot believe they just threw away our stuff that quickly and that’s how they treated their customers. What is the point for lost and found if you do not even leave time for us to pick up our personal items?
