This Aqua-Tots location has been the best for my kids. I can't say enough good things about the facility and staff. We just started a couple weeks ago for my 7 month old. Rilee & Olivia are both great! We love coming every week. It’s not only adorable but a great skill to learn for the littles. Everything is organized & very clean!

My kids have attended pretty much since our closest location opened. Very impressed with the level of education we receive here and that it is skill based. I am so glad I started my granddaughters at aqua tots. We tried a few other places and none compare to the knowledge, leadership and the professionalism of Aqua Tots. The instructors are super nice but the curriculum is not impressive. I was looking for something more safety oriented for my infant but it’s more just for fun and to get babies used to the water than a course that teaches actual safety skills. We attended lessons for 3 months and it was the exact same class every single time.
The facility is massively lacking for a place that offers infant swim lessons- they only have two changing tables in the dressing area, the buckles are broken so you can’t secure the child regardless, good luck getting yourself changed while trying to manage your toddler.
They make you pay for lessons monthly, starting ONLY at the beginning of the month so you have to find time to schedule a make up class if you want to start lessons any time other than the first of the month, then when you go to cancel if it’s the second week in the month they will force you to pay $28 for an additional lesson even if you cannot fit it into your schedule. Disappointed that I already had make up classes that I couldn’t attend then had to pay for an additional lesson that I also couldn’t attend. Gross money grab policy that has zero flexibility.

Meh. Aqua tots used to be a lot better in my opinion. We had our oldest there a few years ago and it was consistent, there was a good curriculum, she learned quickly and moved up through the levels. Now, our youngest has a different teacher nearly every week. Classes are getting cancelled, moved with little notice and she’s with substitute teachers all the time. Progression of skills has been very slow this time and I attribute it to the lack of consistency!

Also, the changing rooms for several weeks now have smelled awful 🤢

Started bringing our baby 5 weeks ago for swim lessons once a week. While we’ve been enjoying the class, we have been a bit put off because there is no consistency of instructors. In 5 weeks we have had 5 different instructors. It’s a new person every single week. Furthermore, 2 of the instructors said multiple times to us that they don’t teach the baby class and this is their first time and did not provide instruction to the other new parents in the class. I’ve found myself multiple times showing the other parents how I was instructed the first time I went because only that instructor (Adrianna) explained how to do everything. Everyone has been very nice and the class is fun but I wish there was more teacher consistency and maybe more training.

The front desk staff and instructors are amazing here! They are so attentive and knowledgeable! My daughter first started swimming at 20 months and the first three lessons she absolutely hated swimming! She cried the entire 30 minutes and even though she cried in those first 3 sessions, the instructors tried to build a bond with her. We have been at Aqua Tots for almost 2 years now. We wanted my son to have the confidence to swim and no fear around water. We started him in classes at 2. I will say we had a bit of rough start- he screamed the entire few classes. I (mom) had to hide so he couldn’t see me and we brought our whole external family to cheer him on. The school motto is something like “tears to cheers” and told us to give it 5 classes. They even arranged a private lesson to try to get him more excited. It worked! We had schedule changes and sickness and took breaks. The school was always accommodating and helpful in getting us re-enrolled. We even started my daughter in parent and toddler swim at age 1. She now loves swimming also. It’s something we as a family look forward to weekly.
The staff is great! We have always had the best experience. My kiddos definitely have special spots for Bree, Bailey and Katia!
The confidence level my kids have gained in the pool is amazing. And we enjoyed a better summer swimming knowing my kids were improving those skills. We look forward to continuing through all the swim levels at Aqua Tots

My daughter was born right before Covid, and as a baby she had limited social exposure- causing anxiety as a child in groups or trying new things out of her comfort zone. The first few weeks of 2x a week classes were ROUGH. There were days she would do nothing but have tantrums and cry that she didn’t want to go, she “hated swimming”, they would call her name for her to go in with the instructor and she would throw a tantrum right there in the floor, but the staff would always step In to help if I needed it, or on the bad days they would go in with her so she would feel comfortable! The staff at the Woodhaven location are all kind, professional awesome employees! The instructors Faith and Sabrina work with my 3 year old and have been so very kind to her! Now two months into swim lessons, she is finally excited to go in, she loves getting to see Faith and looks forward to it each time. She has learned many skills and I have been able to watch her grow into her self, be more confident not only in the water but in herself as a wonderful little human. This place has helped teach my little one so many things and I am very thankful to have found it! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to teach there little ones how to swim! They offer a lot of different day options and ages from (I believe) 6 months and up, it’s expensive but worth every penny to watch her progress! The facility is clean, the pool is behind glass, there are red chairs outside for parents to watch as there little one learns. Clean changing rooms and bathrooms. They offer support toys in the water like a little baby doll or little watering can just little things or your kiddo can even bring there own special swim class comfort toy! Over all, this place is the best and I highly recommend it! Especially Faith and Sabrina!

We attended for 3 years and used to love it. The quality went down. It turned into a teenage hangout and goofing around in the pool instead of teaching, instructors who have no idea what they were doing, no consistency in lessons (sometimes my son would sit on the bench and not even get to practice strokes) and very dirty. I talked to the manager many times and nothing got better or she’d refuse to return phone calls. During our last two weeks, major safety concerns took place, so we pulled my son out. Around the water isn’t a place to be messing with that. I was told new management would be taking over and it would get better, but the risk of my son getting hurt or drowning wasn’t worth waiting around for a new manager who “may” improve “quality control issues” as I was told.

I’m actually laughing reading the reviews below. They have their own employees writing fake reviews. Charley is the horrible manager who played behind the desk on her computer all day and didn’t probably instruct the staff or remove children from dangerous situations. I was told by another manager she was supposed to be replaced last month due to issues with “quality control.” Apparently that didn’t happen. Don’t believe the reviews you read. I wouldn’t want something to happen to your child like I experienced with mine. For days I couldn’t sleep because of the fear of how much worse everything could have been and the regret of putting my child in that situation.

In regards to the owner below. I actually have a lot more respect for Justin, the manager who took accountability and admitted what was occurring was wrong and not up to appropriate standards. Dismissing parents for very real concerns is not the way to operate a business. There were bodily fluids and blood and no one removed children from the water nor tested it. I personally had to get someone and say that is against protocol, because when we started in 2019 they were properly following protocols so I was aware of what should have been happening. Upon saying that Charley went and checked the water with an eye roll and still failed to remove students from the pool. Dunking staff, splashing, yelling, while “training” instructors in the middle of the pool is completely inappropriate with classes occurring around. It’s a distraction for staff and students and sets a bad example for young children who want to copy and do not yet have appropriate water skills. My son attempted to copy and jump off a bench while an instructor was not paying attention. I had to yell and get assistance as he struggled to swim back to the bench as he is only 3 years old. I highly suggest this owner review the view footage and personally sit at the location for an extended period of time before dismissing serious, serious safety concerns of parents that should honestly be reported to licensing facilities. Properly review information before you comment. I know this is an Aqua Tots-wide issue as we have friends who have left other branch locations for similar issues.

Amazing curriculum that has my elementary aged child quickly developing both practical swimming skills and confidence and comfort in the water.

The process is easy and the flexibility that they offer for changing time or adding a make up class is a real bonus.

The place is clean, well lit, and feels safe. Sometimes wearing for the adults gathered to watch their little ones swim can become difficult to find but that's not a major issue as kids are cycling in and out of the pool constantly and as a group leaves so leaves the adults

I was very upset when leaving this place. There was no direction on my first visit. I called before our appointment and asked if I need to show up earlier than scheduled. I was told to show up 5 min earlier then scheduled time for paper work and to take me around the building. When I got there, that did not happen. The girls up front told me to sit in my zone and wait till my name was called. As I looked around I saw the kids and parents in bathing suits. I was wondering when we were going to change in our suits. I went up to the front desk after waiting 5 min, asking where we can change since they didn’t care to tell me to do that while we were waiting. They point to where the changing rooms are and as I go to change my son and myself, they call my sons name. So now we are late. I finally get us dressed and ready to swim. We walked into the pool area and it was very loud for a 15 month old. He was crying and before I could cheer him up (being we have a pool at home and he loves it) the instructor tells me to dunk him
Under water..... I ended up getting out of the pool and walking out. We are very disappointed with our visit here and will not be returning.

My 2 year old tot loves aqua tots. They helped her achieve swimming skills that not only provide fun, exercise but most importantly water safety. The number one cause of accidental death in children is drowning. Get them feeling safe around the water. The staff is beyond wonderful and always ready for your “aqua tot.” Lilly, here at age 2 can dive to the bottom of the pool to get a diving ring!

My son has been attending aqua tots a little over a month now. I am very happy to see how much fun he is having and progressing very fast .

The staff/ instructors are excellent with the children.
The ladies at the front desk are very personable and helpful.

The place is always clean.

Have a wonderful experience every single time I go here! The front desk has been so helpful and not to mention friendly every time we go. I have a 3 yr old and 5 yr old in swim classes. My kids favorite swim instructors are Ms. Lauren and Ms. Kurstyn. I forgot the managers name that helped us but she has blonde hair was more than accommodating. My 3yr old hated class- I believe this was due to never being in a classroom setting. The manager came over and talked to my daughter and let her go with an instructor by herself to get more comfortable. This is just what she needed to be comfortable. As a business owner myself I can honestly say it’s so hard to find good employees. Every employee at aqua tots are so friendly and accommodating. Wonderful experience! Thanks Aqua tots!
