I've been working with Ashley for about a year. When I started I had been out of shape and out of the gym for a long time due to injury. She was able to help me work through compensating for injuries and muwcle atrophy. It took probably 6 months to get me back to a normal person's starting level. Since then, progress has continued and I'm starting to really see results. I feel better and I'm much stronger.

Ashley is truly one of a kind!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her as a trainer! I’m in my mid forties and knew I needed to make some life changes. I wanted to start working out, but I was intimidated to go to the gym on my own and knew I needed a professional to help guide me and hold me accountable. Ashley has taught me so much about exercising, nutrition, and overall health. She is so encouraging and upbeat! As an amputee - she did the the research and came up with creative ways to not only push me to my max but help to change my body composition. She corrected form, guided me through nutrition & recognized when I needed to a rest. Ashley helped me remember that the body is stronger than the mind. Ashley is more than a personal trainer – she’ll also be your emotional support group and biggest cheerleader! I suffered a spinal cord injury and my legs have never been the same. Going to a gym was a bit intimidating post injury because I had the mentality of “everyone is staring at me”. Ashley will get you in the right mindset and help you focus on what’s important – YOU! I’m stronger mentally and physically because of Ashely’s help. She introduced me to new ways of approaching physical therapy, weight training, and how nutrition is vital to the overall results of your fitness goals. I now have a “habit” of going to the gym, eating right, and pushing my body to do more than I think it’s capable doing! Everything is connected!

If you are seriously looking to make a change in your life, I highly recommend Ashely.

Highly recommend Ashley with her tough love, kindness & expertise. I am a 66 yo woman & Ashley changed my life. Not only did she start me on a nutrition program (NOT a diet), she worked with me patiently on body form as I lifted and stretched. She pushed me when I was faltering; Ashley is a great coach and cheerleader. I've gained so much strength, balance and endurance. I miss working out in person with her but now we are getting on track via video workouts. I am stronger, leaner and healthier because of her training & guidance.
