I started at AussieFit a few months ago. What I love most is the personalized attention Sam gives in the form of recommendations, correction to form, etc. I’ve only managed to get there twice a week but I’ve already seen results and my knees are happy I’m no longer jumping around in a HIIT workout!

I have been thankful for the time and investment I have made at AussieFIT. Sam was definitely the right decision for me. I have been working on weight loss and muscle building. At 58 years old I feel as good as I have in so long. Pain is practically non-existent as we have worked on flexibility and strengthening of neglected muscles. I simply could not have done this on my own. Sam has amazing attention to detail and form ensuring safe and effective progress on my entire situation. Additionally she has guided me in workouts that I do at my local gym and that service has been invaluable.
